When you look at Vic's testimony, he comes off as being completely forthcoming and honest. He never deflects questions, doesn't use weasel words to answer. He comes off as having absolutely nothing to hide.

Contrast this with Ron Soye. This guy didn't give a straight answer to a single fucking question. He nitpicked the printing job on the pages of tweets as a means of deflecting from admitting that he wrote them. She was shifty and weaselly the entire time. He was extremely passive aggressive towards Ty, to the point where Ty had to call the judge.

If I was a jury member, I'd be ruling in favour of Vic. Hands down.

Oh yeah you nailed it, the difference between these two depositions is night and day.

Vic is not only more likable, he instantly reads as a more honest and forthcoming witness with no interest in hiding anything. If you compare him to Ron, who comes off as a sniveling little weasel, a jury is going to find him absolutely repulsive.

Like I said earlier in the thread, the defendants CAN NOT allow this in front of a jury unless they want to get a first hand experience with poverty.

He had to think about it because Todd tried to sell him down the river early on before realising what was going on. They were hoping he'd tell them he's super truthful so they could use his messages in relation to the pridemore shitfest against Vic.
