Hold the fucking phone. Did Jean admit what Ron and Monica did was in fact harrassment?

I want to specifically call out timestamp 2:16:00 of Rekieta's depo video because i'm pretty sure Lemoine is referring to monica/ron when he says 'harrassers'.
"You are literally the only man in the entire United States to get accused of sexual harrassment, solicited money not to keep himself out of jail, but to sue the harrassers".
It's very likely a mistake. He didn't mean to word it like that. It's still fucking hilarious and frankly I take it more as a fruedian slip than mispeaking. He doesn't misuse words at all before this moment so yeah.

Now the question: Now that its on court record, how bad is this for the defense? Their own goddamn ill lawyer admits on record that they are harassers.

Also, curious that the sabat bit was unilaterally redacted. He is non-party but interesting they chose to omit that from the depo regardless.

I now see that him defending Jamie's story was a smokescreen or was coerced into doing so (much like John Swasey).

He ratted Sabat out to Vic about his trash talking, but he wanted to play nice with the cuck crew so that he wouldn't be the next target for taking Vic's side. I'm sure there were plenty of people who wanted to side with Vic too, but didn't/couldn't for fear of their own careers being put on blast.
If you ask me, he's just as bad. If you're gonna be friends with someone, then be friends with someone. Letting a bunch of assholes bully you into turning your back on someone who thought you were their friend is a really fucking dirty thing to do and you're not better than the other pieces of shit who stabbed him in the back first so I'm glad Vic BTFO'd him.

I caught that too last night. It probably won't have any bearing on the lawsuit itself but I bet it'd be fun to tell #KickVic that Ron and Monica's own lawyer called them harassers and that makes Vic a victim of harassment.

Note, Vic attended AWA every year from 2004 to 2014. After Stan was no longer head of guest relations, Vic attended in 2016, but not 2015. Guess who did attend in 2015? Chris Sabat. I was at Chris's panel that year. He made a snarky comment about Vic attending AWA every year but this one. Chris then said he understood why some people don't like Vic, and it was because Vic was "a polarizing dude".

I actually liked his roles in videogames. In Nier Automata he was the little support droid for B2 and he was Kamoshida in P5. His Wesker was good but i hated RE5 as a game. But the man behind the voice is a walking pr disaster.

Kick Vic Twitter has been focusing on the portion where Vic said that he didn't really think kissing an underaged fan if they asked is creepy when the written deposition was released. Now when I first saw that I thought it was really gonna back fire in the face of the Jury. But now I saw the video deposition, I'm like 90% sure Vic gave such a blunt answer because he was getting tired of Lemoine's shit.

If you read the entire answer though he says that it is when someone comes to you visably upset and is as an act of kindness to hug them, he explicitly says it isn't sexual and is in full view of the public.

He was recently the voice of the Belkan scientist Schroeder in Ace Combat 7 and he was actually great in that.

I don't think it'd play badly to a jury in any capacity if you frame it right, all Ty has to do is have a bunch of printed out reference images of presidents kissing babies, and various other stock photos of famous people kissing people non-romatically and pose the question of "is this sexual assault?"

For people who don't want to watch, Sabat had a key to Sean's room and while he and Sean were at a recording session gave it to some people who snuck into Sean's room to subtly mess with it. They replaced his toothbrush with a different looking one, put a kazoo in a pair of pants he brought with, and a few other innocuous things to make him think he was crazy. Then they did it a second time and did more weird stuff with a kazoo and made him think it was one of the hispanic cleaning staff.

Kind of a funny prank, but I don't know Sean so he may have really not appreciated it. From the end of the story it doesn't sound like Sean was overly upset about it, but then again it's Sabat telling the story.
