They're in too deep at this point to do anything but go all in. Personally i'm on Vic' side but if the other side could show solid evidence of sexual assult or anything with a child I would have to rethink things, but i'm not sure how damning the evidence would have to be for Kickvic to say the same about Monica/Ron, if it would do it at all.

I have often stopped to consider 'what if I'm wrong, and seeing this from a forced perspective?' and while it's possible that's true of how the court case is going to go, the kickvic side has so utterly failed to offer even basic evidence that anything is true - and my own research has turned up the opposite - I don't really think it's possible for him to be secretly a monster any longer. Plus, with even the tiniest glimpse into their private communication, we can see Ron Toye tricking Kamehacon into dropping Vic, Monica leaning on RT until they dropped Vic, Monica presenting 2 or 3 stories in the i09 article, Monica presenting 2 of 3, possibly 3, of the three accusations in Funimation's investigation, and her literally just outright lying about Vic not contacting her and using it against him.

The problem is making up accusations. If it comes out that vic was raping kittens and grandmas, then that is a separate issue. But I would still be hoping that he win the current lawsuit even while renouncing him personally.
You can't just point fingers at someone in the hopes that something concrete will show up within the time before you get sued for defamation.

This is a stream where YF and TUG talk to Ya Boi Zack about the lawsuit. For those who don't know, Ya Boi is a figurehead in Comicsgate and crowdfunded over half a mil for his comics. He's currently in a lawsuit (also in Texas) regarding Mark Waid over tortious interference and defamation because fatboy decided it was a good idea to mess with his printing deal with Antarctic Press and then brag about it on social media.
I think it's interesting since Ya Boi is basically a normie aside from his comic sperging, knows very little about the drama surrounding this and he is utterly baffled by the moves the defendants are making compared to his lawsuit. There has been very little drama around his lawsuit aside from the beginning and when significant docs drop and that's pretty much from us and twitter, not the involved parties and this weeb wars ride has barely slowed down since it started and getting bigger every week.
