Yep, I have always found that if your family/close friends don’t question or feel at least somewhat conflicted about large scale lifestyle changes, you should be worried. Even if the change in general is good idea but big changes always have potential to screw someone up and/or change the relationship to less close one, so loved ones should be buzzing at least little bit. It sign of caring that they are worried and making pack up plans and preparations in just case can save someone from tons of pain plus a lot of that buzzing should be helping towards best out come and being happy for you. If people are like whatever, it means that eather you’re being a drama queen and should probably calm down or they want very little to do with you and are trying get away with minimum amount of effort or they are trying to discourage by not feeding into the emotions. Whatever the reason it should be a wake up call to re-evaluate your choices and/or relationships.

Very creepy reading. The part where the troon brother admits to being jealous of his sister's body and femininity is particularly unsettling, but practically omnipresent in guys who troon out, some just hide it better than others. They seem to believe, somehow, that by possessing a female body, women have all they could ever want and more, which sometimes extends to violent jealousy when the troon perceives the woman isn't "using it correctly".
