Haven't seen that gif before, and I can't stop staring at it (even though it's utterly horrifying). What human makes faces like that in a conversation (that isn't babbling at a 6-month-old to make them laugh)? It's the grin that does it. It's so wrong on every level. Also, John's idea that Frank's work in patent research constitutes "developing drugs" is one of his more ludicrous claims. Frank is working hard to ensure that his employers have a legal stranglehold on any drugs they develop and can charge whatever they please to the desperately ill. That's the work that funds John's fantasy campaign as a progressive politician who pretends to oppose the outrageous cost of drugs in the U.S. It's disgusting.
