Rickie has PTSD from whatever volatile environment he grew up in. He's never going to "snap".

You cannot say that for certain. He could snap just fine. The most docile and easygoing individual may suddenly fly into a rage, if you say or do the right/wrong thing. I have seen it happen. Ricky and his ptsd are not a guarantee he will never do anything but cry in a corner.

He has no reason to kick her out. You're concocting re,tarded fantasies where the landlord has the police haul Amberlynn out of the house. Listen to yourself.

Even if he had a reason to kick her out, the landlord knows it would be foolish to do so because if she leaves, the other three can't afford to stay there so he would lose ALL income from that rental. That housing market isn't exactly booming, either.

He may ask her to leave if she is legit on her deathbed, to avoid having the house torn down. You need an intact house to rent it out, not a bunch of walls torn down to remove a massive corpse or batriatric patient in lung failure. So then it becomes a simple sum, what makes me more money. The odds of him knowing she is about to kick it and removing her are pretty damn low though, assuming he knows she is there.

This is very likely going to be a very slow boring descent into multiple organ failure and other shenanigans untill she kicks it. Or she loses the weight........ Yeah the organ failure one.
 
I know people who infact, had rentors die in their properties. Beyond the wall coming down <Remember he had to renovate the porch she lives in to standard code> there is then having a bio hazard clean up crew.

All of this is going on with still having people who were living in the building. Which means he is suddenly stuck with finding them another place to live. If he's just a small time landlord, he doesn't likely have many vacant places, if any. So add that to his expense.

A Bio hazard cleaning can run to 45k+ per room. Assuming they only label one room a bio hazard. Which might be very unlikely depending what kills Hamber. Now I'm not sure what type of insurance this guy has, but he'll still be taxed for a building, that isn't even rentable the entire time he takes care of other things.

He then has to rehire contractors etc to repair any damage done by the removal of a body. Which basically will be at least one wall, possibly more.

He then has to bring in a bio hazard cleaning team. Which even if he has proper insurance for, he's still paying some sort of deductible for. <And that won't be any small amount any way you look at it.>

At this point he's most definitely lost any and all money he's made off renting the place, and is losing money. This isn't some made up fantasy, landlords see these things and do not want to deal with them. This isn't like some nice but older person you didn't expect to just drop dead in the night. This is some one on death's door.

As for Hamber being on the lease...she has no ID. The Landlord would need all her relevant information and if he had that, it would be ran through a computer some where. I suspect she's still there and just unofficially paying, and eventually the lease will come up for renewal and that's when we'll see real tension. Because there isn't any way there has not been issues with plumbing etc and it falls on the Landlord to fix it.

Not to mention the fact she wallows in filth making any attempt to re-rent the place later require a fuckton of cleaning. Like he'd need to tear out carpetting at this point and replace it. You think there isn't literally shit in rooms she stays in alot worked into the carpet? There likely is.

Again; seen this with rentors before. I've been there to witness what happens when they get removed and we had to wear gas masks and protective gear to remove belongings with police supervision. That is a very distinct outcome right now. Especially if Rickie and Eric decide Becky is no longer worth being around and don't renew the lease.

I don't know what the laws are like in Kentucky, but it's not usually that easy for a landlord to demand someone leave a rental property. The landlord could refuse to renew the lease when the current one expires, sure, but evicting someone during a current lease for any reason can take several months--in some places even years if the tenants know how to abuse the local statutes.

Where I see the trouble coming is when Hamberlynn inevitably has some sort of health crisis requiring EMS to be called, and they end up having to knock out parts of walls to get the comatose lardbeast out of the house. The landlord will probably dump all the costs of repairing the damage on the shoulders of whoever is actually on the lease, and if they don't have liability/renters insurance that'll fuck up their finances big time.
 
Does she still carry her birth certificate around in her purse lol? There was a few dusty era vlogs that she lost her purse in walmart cart like 1-2 times. I know you can replace them but why carry somthing like that in your purse?

With Hamber it wouldn't be hard <property damage, etc etc. Unsanitary living conditions caused by a tenant>. Hamber has no idea how to fight actual law, and this is a guy renting in an area rife with drug issues. He likely knows alot of dirty ways to get people evicted. <Since being a drug addict generally isn't enough to evict people. Sad but true>.

As for if he can sock the rentors with the bill? It depends on their lease, and frankly, when they wrote it up and signed it, it was really not like they planned for Hamber. I really do hope they weren't on a rent to own scenario if that is the case because chances are, they willingly signed all major repairs would be at their expense.

Amber has been living there for almost 2 years. The lease has been up for renewal at least once since that point. She's on the lease.

It doesn't even matter if she's on the lease. Even if she's not, he has no reason to kick her out. This is so dumb.

He doesn't watch her videos. He's not crying himself to sleep at night fretting about Rickie's plight.

If they did try to intervene or set boundaries, Amber would in no way put up with it. Remember the leaked clip of her seeing Nex eat her cereal? Imagine the shitstorm if they told her "no more food, lose weight, fuck this" and only got her fruits and veggies in reasonable portion sizes. She would start throwing shit around at the very least. I mean Becky should, but Eric and Ricky have no such responsibility toward her, I do not think so at least. Amber wants to eat, and she will eat. So fuck it then.
