So wait is this guy saying he know what Vic was supposedly doing? And he didn't do anything? Just kept getting your toys signed instead? What a fucking loser.
"I don't like Vic anymore, he was mean to my fwens! He shoulda just let them destroy him! How dare he fight back against my fwens who accused him of things with no evidence and who pretended to be his own fwens but they actually weren't!? Yeah, I hate dat guy! Herpa derpa I'm a retard a bloobloo pffffft!"

Love the comments though. They honestly believe Vic read that post and was hurt by it. The ironic thing is: Vic might have actually been hurt if that guy said it to his face, whereas his new fwend Monica would probably call him names and a child.

Vic was never asked where the title was from, and was wise not to go off on some dumb tangent about Full Metal Alchemist that he wasn't even asked about. This stupid motherfucker knows nothing.
Looks like he finally explained the "Risembool Rangers" thing. Kind of a mis-step for Marchi's lawyer not to immediately jump to the Fuhrer thing.
Especially considering that Bradley was a charismatic, well-respected speaker who was essentially an inhuman monster all along. Big whiff when you lose ground because you're a big important big city lawyer who's too busy to even read the plot summary to your client's/opponent's chinese cartoons.
Ron indicated he saw an under aged fan being hugged by Vic, but could not verify her age, if she gave consent or if parents were there. Did not speak to her or anyone about it. This is the only first hand account by Ron.
And yet somehow she has no chin, let alone several. I feel like if you pricked her with a needle, her goo would leak out until only a puddle of skin remained.
All she has to do is paint it as "Vic did assault me, but like all abusers he was smart enough to prey on his victims when no one is looking. He used his heinous tactics to his benefit both in his abuse and in the court room where he knew no one could provide real proof" then her circle jerk of exceptionals all come around and give her the ass pats and you're so brave replies and she brands it as another example of Vic assaulting her, but this time abusing the legal system to do so. The people who hate Vic in the industry will back her, and she'll be back in without much effort. The only real way she is fucked for life is if companies realise she's a financial risk and as much as some companies might like to pretend they're tree hugging hippie liberals, they're pure capitalists when it comes to the bottom line.
What's scarey is that would be a lot more believable than her version. Gaslighting happens all the time, and often involves a popular, charming abuser.
It's a good (and telling) thing she never thought her claims would actually be investigated.
But remember guys, Vic's totally losing, and the TCPA is going to end this case quickly! And also it's going to take another 6-8 months! And we absolutely cannot wait hate it!
Because it's still considered a niche and weird genre of entertainment, the companies can get away with massively underpaying the talent and pretend it's a low profit industry because of it's lack of mainstream appeal, it's why voice actors get a comically low hourly rate compared to most other voice acting careers.
A lubbock motorcyclist was killed Monday around 6:30 p.m. after an SUV failed to yield right of way. James Ray Daniel Jr., 57 of Lubbock, was killed while travelling southbound on Avenue Q near 50th Street when a Lincoln Navigator pulled out of a parking lot to turn northbound on Avenue Q. The...

Another fun fact about her father: he apparently consented for Rachel to get married at the grand old age of 16!
Nah, I'm just kidding. Joseph does look like a massive faggot, but considering Rachel filed for divorce this past January, and her new man proposed a month later, it looks like Rachel just moved on to another cosplay cuck.
Honestly, "without children" is the only intelligent, practical thing Rachel has done in her whole dumb bitch life.

She only means the part of the community that wants to bury Vic. After all, if Vic has just curled up and died in a corner, the anime community would be nice and happy.;
And what the fuck, Greg Douchette? At least Nick was following this back in February. Douchette just popped in because lol free follows.
A little surprised this happened but I emailed Vic with well wishing shortly after the part of his Depo was put out, and at this ungodly hour I actually got a response back from him. I only really knew of him for doing work in Persona 3 as Junpei so I don't have a huge connection to his work or an attachment to him, but just reading through those transcripts it seemed like a really awful and miserable thing to be going through. He seems like he's in good spirits at the very least. So if people do send him messages of support he is at least getting them and reading them eventually. View attachment 837766
Good theory, but I dont think Allison is involved. She and her fujoshits have been tweeting about vic for years. I doubt they expected the kiwi inquisition either.
I don't think Allison etc are knowingly a part of the conspiracy, but I just can't accept this is pure chance. Not only is it ridiculous chance that right when things hit a boiling point behind the scenes and everyone is willing to throw Vic under the bus, a fujo happens to fire off a rogue tweet that gets big, this doesn't match the Vic haters' MO at all.
Fujoshi have been practicing civil conspiracy and TI with Vic for ages, they just suck at it. Still, they don't do it like this. Hanleia tweets 'Why are you employing a known pedophile?' but she does this not when Broly is announced and the presumption exists that Vic will reprise the role, nor when it's confirmed and he is cast. She bizarrely waits until he's already done his work, been paid, and the finished product has been released, so there's absolutely no chance of recasting him or even making any real impact on anything. Marzgurl does the same thing, she tries to attack Vic with the whole 'I just need to be a good person and say something'.
Contrast this to their last tantrum over Vic being given Funimation roles (they haven't cared in 5 years despite him constantly getting new roles, and nary a peep even with Bungo Stray Dogs, which clearly is full of hot guys fujo would be drawn to): The moment it was rumored Vic might voice Rin, the fujo went crazy and into a white hot rage. They spammed tumblr and twitter and everywhere else they could reach with petitions and freakouts full of hate. Think Jawmantello strategy, not Hanleia and Marzgurl's. This was all done before Vic did his work, and their tantrum didn't last all that long after it was too far gone to change. That's how cancel culture outrage works with this kind of thing.
This is why I strongly believe Allison and Marzgurl's roles were orchestrated, not coincidental. Even if we assume the people who hated Vic didn't hate him during 2014 so Funimation ignored the fuss that time, the exact timing and method doesn't make sense. Their tweets don't just go viral, they spam. And they don't wait for the movie to debut to kick up a fuss.
I'm sure Monica directly name-dropping ADV Films' alleged investigation will go down a treat; given they re-emerged as Sentai Filmworks - who were ALSO directly named as a company that has banned him from the premises.
I doubt they'll be added to the lawsuit, but they should very much be on alert right now.
Looked into all the cons. I didn't find any proof that any of them were the con, but I did find some proof that some weren't the con. This of course assumes it's 12+ years ago and Greg was there. I'd really like to hear Vic's take on the timeframe, though, because that's approximately 500% more likely to be true. If it is in the 2013+ range, it'll be much easier to find at least proof that it's the con it happened at, if not an account by a witness/photographic evidence of it.
Metrocon 2003 - Vic, Monica, Greg, and Chris Patton share a panel
AnimeFEST 2003 - Schedule doesn't show anything to indicate them sharing any time, but the schedule is dog food, so that doesn't mean much. Katsucon 2004
A Weekend with Tomino 2004 Anime Central 2004 - The three of them + a Japanese guest share a panel Metrocon 2004 - The three of them share a panel that involves ADV in some way AnimeFest 2004
Oni-Con 2004 - unlikely, it's too small for Greg to be the only witness
Ohayocon 2005 - Vic seemed to be involved with dragonball panels during this con. Greg and Rial are not a part of Dragonball in 2005. KamiKazeCon 2005 - was funded at least partly by ADV
Middle Tennessee Anime Convention 2005 - was probably too small
Sogen Con 2005 - Vic may have been signing alone. Apparently Greg and Rial are super long time friends and hung out together all the time, so would probably want to sit together.
Metrocon 2005 Otakon 2005 - Vic sat next to Mike McFarland during his signing Anime Weekend Atlanta 2005
Oni-Con 2005 - Appears that Vic was at a table with someone else, not Monica or Greg
Anime Vegas 2005- Samantha had hair, is said to be a very small and cozy con. Could be the con if Samantha is a witness to the jellybean story.
Anime USA 2005
Shiokazecon 2006 - Unlikely. Seems Greg was there as a DJ and probably didn't have a signing next to the VAs, since this is when the FMA movie trailer dropped. Kawaii Kon 2007 - doubtful. All three are signing at what looks to be the same place, but Monica is next to David Williams, Greg Ayers is next to some other girl, and Vic is sitting in a corner, possibly to himself.
Anime Weekend Atlanta 2007 - unlikely, Monica was only there one day and Vic appears to have been alone in the Dealer's room. Izumicon 2007 (Greg is not physically present)
Funny story, while researching this, I find that Marzgurl was a source of (negative) gossip on the con scene in 2006.
It's interesting how so many candid stories about old cons blab about almost nothing important, but always stop to talk about meeting Vic. Greg rarely shows up in them, Monica basically never shows up ever unless it's related to Greg. Greg Ayers looks like the ugly tree hunted him down and punched him in the face as a child.
I couldn't find definitive proof that Monica saw FMF pre-2007, which would destroy her story of 'Vic invited me to see this short movie as a ruse', but he showed it at panels and stuff often in the 2005-2006 range (he cools it with that by 2007 and pretty much just answers questions about it or shows it at FMA panels from then on), which means it's very likely that Rial was in the audience somewhere at least one of those times.
She only means the part of the community that wants to bury Vic. After all, if Vic has just curled up and died in a corner, the anime community would be nice and happy.;
And what the fuck, Greg Douchette? At least Nick was following this back in February. Douchette just popped in because lol free follows.
Doucette is an idiot, but I understand why he's an icon for them. Aside from being idiots themselves, until Shane got the one vaguely smart idea he's ever had and selectively released a tiny portion of the TDMA letter to rope in "lawtwitter" with what looked like an easy to mock case or more likely Casey did and had their dancing monkey enact the plan, all that kickvic had were Canadian paralegals and 'my uncle is a judge', which Nick demolished without even trying. When Doucette rode in, bald head shining like a lantern of hope in the darkness, their BS legal strategies finally had a 'lawyer' (and then a bunch of other hangers on) to spout the same garbage in more legalese terms. Now they could shout down anyone on Vic's side who wasn't Nick, and because they insisted even before that Nick was a bad lawyer, they could also just disregard him with 'nyeh nyeh, our lawyers are real, unlike you'.
It's still stupid, and their lawyers are still as useful to them as an anonymous canadian paralegal and a fake UK magistrate, but now they can pretend that Nick lazily batting at them like a bored cat with an old ratty ball of yarn is him getting dunked on and put in his place. I imagine that's partly why Nick's stopped inviting any of them to his show. When they first arrived he treated them as equals and thought they just needed to be informed on the situation so they could give their own perspective on the case. Now he knows either through stubborn myopia or sheer incompetence, their opinion on the case has as much worth as an imaginary judge.
So, is there a tl;dr for this? Cause some people ain't gonna be willing to watch a video nor read 6 paragraphs explaining all this. Those who are ignorant tend to be lazy.
