What's KF philosophy on cowtipping? @amelioratingmylife has been on a slow burning rant over IG stories the past few days after someone linked her to the posts about her on here and has since been replying (and I think deleting?) questions on tellonym re her faking.

Y'all, this shit already got @beyond.bendy to nuke everything. All this cowtipping is BS that'll just give her evidence of people being cruel without cause, instead of actually criticising her for the questionable shit she does

I assume cowtipping means telling the cow they're on here. It's looked down upon and gets you lots of puzzle piece ratings, eventually thread banned if your autismo clouds your understanding of what the puzzle pieces mean and you keep doing it.

Fuck whoever who did that. Some spergs at /r/illnessfakers already have tried to blame us for interacting with Ren/bullying. I’d imagine whoever did that is a lurker. Most of the regular posters I cannot imagine would do that, but to be fair you never know who you are dealing with on the internet.

If in general man where to start. She’s a bit disordered in her eating. Overused digestive enzymes on purpose to keep thin. Pukes everywhere without a sick bucket and makes Peter clean it up and generally lives in filth which is bad considering. You know she has CF. Alright so she is actually ill with Cystic Fibrosis but she is so OTT as fuck. She purposely doesn’t do anything that other CFERS say would help. She rarely exercises which she should as it good for airway clearance. She lays about and makes her husband peter do absolutely everything for her and when I say she pukes everywhere I mean it. She pukes on her bed, on walls, in the bath on a sunlounger and again Peter has cleaned it up. She’s actually grim. Puking is a side effect of CF because of the excess coughing and supposedly she also has gastro issues. But rather than doing what most adults do and go to the bathroom she just pukes where she is. As I said she has abused digestive enzymes and she was supposed use her feeding tube but only used it for a bit again, I suspect to stay thin. She has a service dog called Ollie but he is basically an ESA as Mary is emotionally dependant and cries about being left alone.

Now recently in the last couple of months she went to duke university for a transplant evaluation. She’s played it off as the transplant is going to be way in the future. Now, a transplant OP is hard the body needs to be ready for it. This gal cried during the evaluation. Not long after the evaluation she announced they are moving to be nearer duke. The transplant looks like it is going to be sooner than they are letting on. Also it seems from reading between the lines the transplant team told her off about her eating and lack of exercise. They can refuse to operate if her body can’t take it.

Anyway her husband looks fucking stressed at all times and has aged about 10 years in the last 3.

Fucking crazy Shanks. So it would appear that around the time her twins were born two years agoish, mom and the younger daughter went batshit and the Dad got fired and they went on welfare. It starts with chiari, goes through mold toxicity, lyme/parasite exposures, Pans/Pandas, autoimmune encephalopathy (she posts more than once about the Brain on Fire movie), and finally some mast cell nonsense. There also was one doc who won't treat chiari because of an earlier EDS dx (I think). The two main focuses are the younger girl Addison (not sure how she spells it) and the oldest daughter who is a teen named Kate maybe. They do the sorts of things the girls from Leroy often did (who caught Tourette's) they randomly tic, go limp, "pass out". They also randomly require wheelchairs, sometimes lose vision, sometimes have seizures (not real ones), have gi issues, lose the ability to swallow (not really), etc. The doctors near her don't believe her bullshit and in fact tell her that she is making the girls conversion disorder or pnes stuff worse and to take her girls off all their meds and get them psych help. She says the doctors say that there must be some dysfunction at home, but she swears all's good. Mom and Dad seem to low key go to doctors for unspecified things. She wants to go to some private detoxing place for the girls and then get them some heavy ivig and plasmapheresis. Earlier in the saga, she really wanted complex surgery to fuse the spine of the chiari girl. Now they've left their home to roam in their van and trailer. They say they left to avoid mold, but my spidey sense says they might have been getting cps attention and have decided they can hit up new hospitals on the road. Constant multiple gofundme, facebooks, and doctors in a bunch of states.

What are people's take on Hospital Princess?

This character is on 24/7 IV Benadryl. Never heard of that feat before. I poked around on her website and watched some snippets of her YouTube channel (which is named prettypotsie ...-eyeroll-). It seems like some of what she's experiencing may be true, or maybe an OTT approach to a small speck of truth. For example, they hacked out the majority of her colon at some point, which seems like something that most people would avoid, though I wouldn't put it past a munchie to be on board with getting their poop chute removed. Seems like the type who had some minor symptoms, but as the attention and "woe is you" stuff rolled in, she ramped it up. Gotta get those sweet, sweet points.

Also, she adopted a (very cute) Mini Goldendoodle named Teddy Graham about a year ago. Service dog training countdown in 3....2...

She just wants a friend who's sick too, guys.

I didn't realize that their gofundme cash was that significant (and spread out). In the "Send Addie to NYC" gofundme, they mention Dr. Greenfield in NYC. His Healthgrades page suggests he's the type of doctor you go to get your second/third/fortieth opinion so you can get your Chiari Malformation diagnosis you so deeply deserve.

Also, I scrolled a bit through Sister Shank's facebook and found this gem:
