Exactly as predicted.

And he says it plainly there and he's right. Just go along with it is consent. Clearly these lawyers haven't worked in that area much.
I think my favorite part is the fact that they use that clip, which includes Nick saying he knows exactly how he's going to be characterized for saying what he did about Rial's obvious crocodile tears and horseshit story.

And lo and behold, he's being characterized as a monster by idiots on twitter. Who could have possibly guessed?

Not sure if all of this has been cancelled.
I'm guessing it was canceled via today's notice, but just hasn't updated. The "SPEC/EXCS" above matches today's notice.

Are you really surprised these retards take it as an admission of guilt?

It's because they are all literally so god damn predictable and transparent that you can make a guess as to what they'll say and be outraged about 20 fucking years from now and they'll still manage to find a way to prove you right.

You forgot 500 autistic 👏 emojis! How can I take this seriously without the proper EMOJIS?!

Big... Friendly black man?
If I'm recalling correctly- and I think I am, but don't quote me on this- I think that's the Funi worker that went to go show his support very vocally for Vic during Kamehacon. Seemed like a cool dude, and I remember us being worried about him getting shit for being a black man that's not falling in step with the ideological line that has clearly been drawn. Hope he's doing well.

Doesn't change that's she's still a gross looking whale that an actual creeper would pass on creeping.
Ironically, I feel like people like her actually setting themselves up to be targets for actual rapists in the future. They'll be lone women- because they're running off any and all friends that they could safety group with- who instead of fighting back would just have a panic attack and be literally shaking the whole time, and who- most importantly of all- very few people would actually believe was raped.

Not because of how they look, actually, as much as we might joke around about that. Rape is more about getting off sexually to the power being wielded, not an attraction for the body that's being used and abused( in general, of course, there are exceptions to the rule). But because they've #MeToo so much and so loudly that people are going to roll their eyes and think this is another desperate cry for attention and clout. Honestly, they've spent years now molding themselves into being the perfect victims, I won't be shocked to see an uptick in them being victimized- probably by more Male Feminists.

On the subject of Vic and hair pulling, does anyone else remember tugging girls hair not being a big deal and actually normal? Growing up, it wasn't at all uncommon for an older dude to give a gentle tug on my or pretty much any other girl's hair, especially if we had our hair up in a pony tail or something, and I'd see it happen a lot with the adults- if a dude went to rest his arm across a chick's shoulder, he'd usually like, wrap a little bit of hair around his a finger and give a soft tug before letting his arm relax. They'd cuff dudes and boys gently on the head when feeling affectionate, and the hair tug was the equivalent of doing that but with girls. There was nothing in the least bit sexual about it.

Then again, I grew up living in Military Housing, so we could have just been weird. Also not saying that was what Vic might have been doing, but in a friendly, touchy feely sort of environment, maybe the hairpulling wasn't exactly what they're trying to say it is now.

Do they think that Ty cares what they say on Twitter? Or that he even reads it?

You're correct, it's the same guy. Sounds like he hasn't been fired at least.

This is almost as pathetic as loons screaming at Trump on Twitter expecting that he'll notice or care.

I don't think the act itself is so much the issue as doing it to a co-worker. Obviously, context matters a great deal here, but I think there are a lot of workplaces where doing something like that would at least be frowned upon if not considered outright inappropriate. Then again, these are people who were on the anime con scene during the days of yaoi paddles and "Glomp me" signs, so I don't really know what would be considered inappropriate in that environment.

At the very least though, I think Marchi's attorney is going to argue it's definitely inappropriate to do to a co-worker. Which, as an argument...I don't know; maybe it'll work? I'm not sure if anyone will buy that her response was appropriate even if they think his actions were inappropriate, but it at least doesn't seem to be as brain-dead as Ronica's strategy.

You often don't ask for kiss consent, most relationships I have ever had I never was asked to kiss. It was kinda thing that just happened. It's implied that you are consenting if you are going to a man's hotel room and don't even bother to move back or away.
Have none of these idiots experienced a actual relationship in their lives?
Also, anyone with half a brain knows what's gonna happen if you go to a man's hotel room vaguely asking to show you something. Even if it did happen, Monica is obviously playing stupid with not knowing why he would ask her there

Exactly, you don't ask for a kiss when ready to be intimate, you make a move. This entire thing seems like an attack on masculinity and Vic is just that much of a chad. These "women" want men to bend to their will and all act like their fag hags, and the men piling on are just jealous for not being able to pull tail.

Reposting outside the Sea Salt Mine: Some guy with a bootleg Sora avatar is chimping out.
