Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

That's the other thing: if you cannot bring evidence of the incident, and are actually legally forbidden from doing so, would the incident still be allowed? You either can open the door, or you can't. No cracking it open just a little bit, just for you.
If it wasn’t obvious by now IANAL. I’m interested to see if anyone picks this up on Racket’s streams coming up, or if this point kind of gets lost in the proceedings.

Edit: must stop posting from phone during meetings.

Ron Soye attempting gay ops would be the funniest thing on this side of the Internet since... well, since the last time we heard from Ron.
He kind of already has through Shane.

Oh, and showing up to Monica's deposition in a wifebeater is certainly gay but not necessarily an op.

I think it's likely that Vic and Monica did have some sort of sexual encounter in the hotel room after hearing him state that he's never had any sexual interest in Jamie Marchi (something he did not say about Monica, though that was much earlier in the deposition), along with his statement that anything that happened between him and Monica was consensual. They had whatever encounter in that room, Stan knocked on the door and gathered them for dinner.

Monica may or may not have covered her face and appeared flustered because she was getting involved with a man she knew to be engaged (is Stan going to say anything?). From what I recall Vic didn't state that she didn't return to his room later - he only asked why she would if she felt she was assaulted. The phone conversation between Monica and Vic's fiancée may have happened at that point

All speculation of course

I still can’t believe Monica was butthurt over Vic getting top billing for Broly.

Not just that. Remember how butthurt she seemed when she was talking about a movie she and Vic did like ten years ago? She was the main character for the movie but her name didn't appear on the box at all, but Vic--playing a minor character--was put on there.

This was my original hypothesis, but the issue now is that Vic doesn't even recall an Izumicon incident.

Monica's lied about being the Vic Whisperer (seriously, she can pound sand for plagiarizing that title from @Svetlana), she lied about the JP Broly recast (which never happened), she lied about the billing on the ENG Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle DVD boxes (no VA names are listed on them, why the hell would they do that, anyways?), and we're likely going to find that there was no Izumicon incident altogether-- or if there was, it was terribly different than what Monica said, in the "there was no physical intimacy whatsoever" kind of way.

I keep coming back to the screen cap which was posted a few days ago where Dominique Skye mentioned Ron being a switch.

These people are close enough to know about one another's kinks and fine with their own kinks being mentioned publicly. I feel as though questions about past sexual encounters with one another might be a fruitful line of questioning.

Reactions: Pixis
Funny how she showed no emotion at all about the alleged real rape but was obviously genuinely angry about the credit on the DVD box.
The odd thing there is that for all that there was apparently some genuine anger coming through when she said that, she was lying through her teeth. Of the five VAs(Jason Liebrecht, Monica Rial, Christopher Sabat, Vic Mignogna, and Carrie Savage) for the main characters, not one of them have their names on the DVD boxes. A cursory check of other series suggests that lack of names is common. Anime simply doesn't advertise by having the names of dub VAs on the box.

Now, my first thought is "they're b u m m i n g each other and giving new meaning to the concept of civil conspiracy", but my second thought is "who's honestly doing anything with that Mark Jefferson-headass?"
