I disagree insomuch as I don't think anyone or anything is making Greg's life miserable. And here's the hilarious thing. If Funi or Marchi get out via TCPA it just makes things worse for MoRonica.

I disagree - the best case is if MoRonica end up the only defendants with judgements against them. They get their shit seized and have to deal with a hostile creditor, but that's it. If Funimation ends up paying Vic five million dollars, that'll definitely affect their current and future employment prospects.

County court cases aren't going to be on Westlaw (except the rare published case from there). At least not the main case search.
