It's even worst than that. "Can I kiss you" is highly offensive and 'creepy' to them.

So I imagine it's more like:

Monica: 'May I ask you a question ?'
Ron: yes
Monica: 'Are you comfortable with a question based on your body ?'
Ron: yes
Monica: 'could you please sign this affirmative consent form ? Here's form ABC-043 - Consent for a question about a body part'
Ron: Yes, here's my signature
Monica: 'Can I kiss you? I promise you, my hands won't touch you, and it'll last less than 10 seconds'
Yes
Monica: 'Ok, could you please sign this affirmative consent form ? Form ABC-145 - Consent for a simple kiss of no more than 10 seconds.'
etc..

(the process must be carried out in the presence of two adult witnesses)

Another group that's really flown under the radar are the people over at RT. The email between Vic and someone reasonably high up at RT where that person said they thought all of the allegations were bunk and would blow over, as well as the misdelivered email some weeks later saying that no one should talk to Vic really suggest some gayops behind the scenes there as well.

Hopefully as more and more information starts to come out and the case against Vic plainly becomes the complete and utter fabrication it is, people at these other companies and organizations start to step out of the shadows and speak up as well.

I don't think people forgot it's just not currently relevant to the Funi stuff unless they have evidence that Funi told RT to drop Vic (which may have happened? I don't remember).
When they're brought in for Round 2 I imagine it'll be a much bigger deal.

I believe if your donations are less than three days they may be scrutinized, otherwise I understand GFM after three days move the funds forward - If one a day, then three refunds may be in order

It would appear that the GoFundMe is closing back in to where it was before they started refunding donations. There are still a few donations under funny names, and some that are clearly not real names, but also not offensive (e.g. someone used "Not Funny Name") but most of it is back to random nobody names or anonymous donations.

Hopefully Nick drops some of the good shit he was hinting at last night. I have a feeling if there's something really good, it will cause a pretty big wave of donations or draw even more people who've been sitting on the sidelines to chip in $10 or so here and there.

I expected Moronica's TCPA to come thru first thing in the morning with how hyped Low T Greg was about it yesterday. County Clerk has been open for a few hours now and nothing yet.

Apparently the amount doubled overnight, so they may either be processing the fucking novel that they've wasted money into, or they missed the window and decided to just add more shit overnight and file it first thing in the morning.
 
I'm really surprised by the restraint of people to actually 180 their donations into real names. Out of the last like 100 or more donos, only 2 troll named donations are in there. I really expected people to think Nick was speaking in fake air quotes, kinda like how ralph would say "just don't"

If I had to take a guess, it is because the Oberlin college case was based on defamation, just like this case is.
