Looking back on it, we could have doxed them ages ago based on information that was available. All someone would have needed to do is look at the accounts Ron was following on his Instagram and searched for "twins" which would have led right to them. From there it would just be a matter of getting their Twitter/Facebook accounts which were full of enough information to dox them thoroughly.

I think the first person to tip everyone else off just scrolled back through Monica's Twitter timeline far enough to find a picture of them and Monica talking about her favorite twins. Not every doxing is as easy as that, but a lot of people are utterly careless with their personal information. When emspex doxed Akiva, he had posted a picture of a package with his fucking address on it.

He's probably ecstatic that someone actually responded to him. Since @Army Burger quit posting about it, the amount of attention he was getting likely dropped in half.

Here's an interesting thought that needs someone with more legal knowledge to comment on, but I'm wondering if Ty can use arguments from MoRonica's TCPA to argue against Funimation's TCPA, even though Ty will also be attempting to argue against MoRonica's TCPA. It's similar to how in their response the defense can raise any number of defenses that they want, even if some of them necessarily contradict each other.

Basically the idea would be to claim that because Ron and Monica are making certain claims in their TCPA regarding Funimation that are contrary to the claims that Funimation is making, that those could help establish a prima facie case because the facts are clearly in dispute.

This of course hinges on MoRonica trying to throw Funimation under the bus, but they have to know that Funimation will do the same to them and they desperately want out of all of this.

TCPA is designed for frivolous lawsuits based on free speech grounds. Designed that there can be no argument for a case existing. It being over 400 pages should get it denied because if you need to make so many arguments clearly there is enough facts in question to have a case. And the plantiff gets the benefit of the doubt for each fact in question.

What I've always found odd about this is the fact that silence still implies consent in every other aspect of society. For example if you order pizza and you're friend wants olives and you don't, it's expected that you tell him they only go on his half. Or if you're at work and your boss suggests changing something about the office, you have to voice your disagreement to prevent the change. In both of these instances action is required to deny implied consent, but neither of these situations are as intimate.
This concludes my philosophical ramblings.

As anyone having issues with GFM refunding their funny named donations? All of my funny names donations got refunded to me. I double checked with my bank and there is NOTHING wrong with my account.
