Community Munchausen's by Internet (Malingerers, Munchies, Spoonies, etc) - Feigning Illnesses for Attention

Bonus hand dancing around her child's face LOL

She's claiming EDS and POTS severe enough to need a powered wheelchair and she just bounds off the ground from a kneeling position to standing without any leverage or need to stop and let her autonomic system catch up? Yeah this is some munchie bullshit before you even get into the "stimming" which is usually repetitive movements not fucking interpretive dance. She's going to wind up an MBP case, I swear.

....... What does this woman do at Kent University's engineering college? I can't imagine her interpretive dance "stim" sessions in front of a work building are embraced much by staff or students.
I think it was part of the Autism Arts festival, she has a few videos with University of Kent in the title from the same time. I don't think she actually works because iirc a month or two ago she was complaining of money problems and announced that she wouldn't be able to keep doing her videos etc. I'm only guessing here but she's probably getting disability payments for herself or as a carer for her son.

If she's not already mbp. I have serious doubts about all of her condishuns even her autism, that interview video in my last post just seems off to me when compared with her other videos especially the ones when she's sperging at the train staff but I reckon her son genuinely has autism. Her behavior probably does nothing to help him though. I can't imagine the way she was waving her hands right up in his face in that video was very comfortable for him. Someone with more experience with autism might be able to tell how genuine she is though I only know one person with autism so my experience is very limited.

Edit: Oh, fuck, I just saw the old pics posted and she is DEFINITELY using her money to get plastic surgery. And what is the obsession with blue hair? Is she trans-smurfshual?

The Smurf’s send all the trans babies acceptance letters telling telling them that like with getting into Hogwarts they are not meant to tell Them not to tell muggle (read normal Acquaintances ) that they are trans Smurf until they have been approved by some council but this one obviously isn’t listening to the community and we will find out in due course if they will be kicked out of the community (of course I’m being a fucking re.tard right now)

Also lol at this.
This is the perfect palate cleanser after checking other threads about medical-related lolcows like the Kelly and Hartley Hooligans and the horrifying pictures in them from the last few days. I think this is the stupidest, funniest thing I've seen in this entire thread.

Her autism is fucking bullshit lol
I didn't watch any of her previous videos regarding the train melt downs but these "stim" videos makes me doubt that diagnosis.

Do we know when she was diagnosed with autism? Wouldn't surprise me if it was not long after her son's diagnosis and then all the other crap followed.
@theriddler3 you're absolutely right. I am exceptional and should've watched this video before posting that.

TL : DR she was diagnosed with autism 4 years ago after shooping for a doctor that would give her the DX, she states at the start of the video that she was undiagnosed with EDS but from the way she said it I had assumed that she was going to tell the story of how she was eventually diagnosed but she never did so that DX is complete bullshit (at least our other zebras shooped an actual dx), she also confirms that she had an ED, depression and ptsd all undiagnosed. No friends at school or college except for a girl with autism and EDS and everyone thinks she's a weirdo. (I also think she's a weirdo after seeing her dancing)

She doesn't work unless you count her youtube channel and autism events so unless her hubby has an amazing paying job she gets some kind of tugboat.

Here's a longer one: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=499564457480830&id=741970902625509&_rdr

Her "stimming" all comes at convenient times when she's not using her hands to gesture at the people she's mad at. Stimming is not planned and it's a response to stimuli. If she was stimming from the stress, it wouldn't start and stop at such convenient times. She's just a fakey faker who saw how much pity her son got and is cashing in on the autism trend. She'll be whatever nuerological disorder is trendy once autism is no longer valid as an excuse to act a fool in public.

Edit: lol, that video you posted. It's almost offensive in how limited she is in her knowledge of autism. It's a spectrum disorder- not all have learning struggles. It can range from completely disabled and unable to perform basic tasks independently to completely functional, but the person has some odd quirks like eating lots of jello or cutting tags off all clothing. All she seems to have is chronic entitlement with acute cuntitis when she's told no.

Edit: It would seem that my discovery of this video came late, since I was distracted by the two-hour 'tism party. Nevertheless, if you want some bullet points, read on. My apologies for not refreshing.
I did find something that could answer your question; however, it's nearly 2 hours long.
Some highlights from clicking through and trying to skip her weird flailing and squinting:
1. Was a two-year-old "autistic" child. Growled at other children and was perceived as a threat. Particular about foods. Collected her mother's nail clippings.
2. "I'm one of those autistics that does the 'unacceptable' social stims, which is collecting skin and collecting nails."
3. A health worker said, "Your child is extremely intelligent, but extremely bored." So apparently she wasn't autistic at two officially? I don't know what the heck she's going on about.
4. 52:00 - Shows off her wax strips from mustache waxing. Super excited about it. "I like to touch it and look at it."
5. She knew her son was autistic when he was 14 months old. But she caught it before the doctors, folks!
6. 1:03:25 - bites a snap bracelet, which closes and whacks her in the chin. Tells her audience to not use them as a "chew."
7. Was having nervous breakdowns because she wasn't a good enough mother. She goes to an appointment with her son, where she is apparently gnawing on her knuckles and stimming and they tell her she's doing the behaviors she's asking about.
8. So she goes to her GP, who she tells about her son...and suddenly autism comes into the picture. She's sent to psychiatry, where she does a 10-week history or something. And apparently this person decides that she's autistic.
9. Lots of retrospective grumbling about how she was treated unfairly and like a "dunce." Lots of squinty reading of comments, etc.

If someone wants to watch it in its entirety, they may find more. This is the best I could do with her absurdity levels.

Edit: To conclude, my theory is that she jumped on the Autism bandwagon after her son was either legitimately diagnosed (which is possible, to be fair) or she MBP'ed him to a diagnosis. Then followed along because ATTENTION.

Lots of Actually Autistic people have criticised her for basically making herself the voice of adults with autism in the UK especially as she was only recently "diagnosed" (after her son was, who is genuinely autistic). They suspect she is faking it because her behaviour has changed since she decided she was autistic and she basically acts like a parody of autism.

Long time lurker here.
Not really good at math, but just wanted to state that I think it is truly exceptional that these people post such detailed information. It really gives them away because a) the vast majority of truly sick people wouldn't post such detailed info publically and b) it gives way more ammo to prove that they're lying/exaggerating.
I want to exaggerate this for a moment. Namely the point you made about truly sick people not wanting to post all that information. I dont understand how or why so many of these people think it's a great idea to mention every medication they take at what milligrams at what time. Or even for that matter what disorder they have? Better yet, I still struggle to figure out why people otherwise this is becoming a social norm and want to brow beat people who are actually sick and boo on the actually sick people who might off handedly mention they're sick-

"You have to give me every detail now", bitch no we dont. It's such a weird reverse culture.

Sorry if we're not supposed to post non-cow related links here, but I found this forum topic about pain admission i bookmarked ages ago. Docs chatting about chronic pain patients/drug seekers (one comments that most of his chronic pain pts have a degree of gastroparesis, no surprise it's what opiates do).

"We have a huge cadre of bogus "gastroparesis" patients in Vegas too. Huge. It's all actually narcotic addiction and acute withdrawals but they know the game."

edit to add that they also linked to this very good blog post which rings true of a few of our munchies:

ok couple of other things I’ve realised about agony autie.

Her first videos on her insta mention she was 30 years old.
How can you get to 30 and not realise you had EDS before? If she claimed she was undiagnosed with it in her earlier videos.
She was trying to get a gastroparesis diagnosis at one point, claimed she’d lost 98 pounds in a year and had loads of #canteat all over her insta. Seem to have gone on about a colonoscopy and other scans.

Yet she never got a nose hose or anything feeding toob related. NHS it seems was on to her there. She seems have to dropped chasing that. I need to go through everything to see if she mentioned why and when she can eat again.

There are only 2 NHS specialist clinics that I'm aware of, and now a lot of people are being diagnosed because their kids are being diagnosed. hEDS is also affected by hormones so people with less severe cases tend to work out something's wrong either at puberty or when pregnant. 30 is quite late to be diagnosed but not uncommon, I actually saw a campaign from a UK based EDS charity talking about the average length of time there between symptom onset and diagnosis and it was pretty shocking.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that she changed tack from anorexia to munching so that could explain the weight loss, with some revision of history.

IIRC, at least where I live, getting a diagnosis as an adult is pretty high bar. You have to have people vouch on your childhood and have to have some kind of functional trouble in school. Someone with high functioning autism that wasn't noticed when they were a kid likely wouldn't have that much benefit to them that a say, anxiety or OCD diagnosis would. Or just plain therapy for their symptoms.

These cows are seeking attention, so they want the speshul diagnosis rather than the therapy that would actually help them.

Yeah, the bar for getting a diagnosis as an adult is pretty high because people realize all the disability benefits they can get if they play their cards right. However, agony autie is so full of shit, she might burst. Her version of autism was solely curated from her extensive research from tumblr blogs.

Man all this time I thought Autie was just screechy and obnoxious. This shit is gold.

I love when they wear heels and have a cane/crutch in the same photo. Dani used to wear fucking stilettos but have "Bertha" the cane with her at the same time. Not how that works, girlfriend,

Sorry, double post and also late with my housekeeping this week.

Dani is fetishizing her PICC and buying dozens of kah-yoot covers to match every ugly ensemble she throws together. Hoping it'll be a port soon. Sorry missed capping her story where she was complaining already about how she needs more a permanent central line

Jonzie leak: back in the hospital, being obnoxious. Was admitted for a fucking cold but now suspects clots. Gave her subutex which is the maintenance drug they give heroin addicts to keep their addiction under control.

Sarah-Jean thinks she has her mental illness totally under control and "dormant." Still begging for a port.(end of this rant is just "I will always have BPD and MDD" followed by her usual 700 unrelated tags.

Kat has bronchitis and an obese dog that she's already had two major medical scares with. She didn't spay her and the thing got mammary tumors, then she had obesity-related issues from the tumor removal, both times begging for a GFM because mom would rather flail around in a wheelchair and spend her money on nutrition shakes to "keep her calories up" than take her goddamned dog for a walk and feed it quality food. Although since she cares so little about her own weight and getting exercise for herself I don't know why I expected it with the dog.

Gwen has a whole other instagram I missed and is whining about her totally necessary feeding tube. To the surprise of no one she doesn't really have multiple pulmonary emboli. She does have a new body guardian event monitor to show off. And she's stopping all her psych meds because that will work out great.
