Here’s my official prediction: Devyn will drop the cases, but with some bullshit excuse like inconsistent testimony or baiting salon owners with fake profiles. However, she will leave the door on the issue completely open to avoid her own accountability. I might be wrong, but facts and logic point to Miriam being another one of Johnatan’s victims. She seems to be helpless without his help to get on, so she has no choice or mental disposition other than indulge him in his crazy antics. She seems to realize he’s dragging them both across the mud (she has mentioned several times how she wants to get out, leave the country, get away), but with no outside help she doesn’t feel she can get out.

I am the the owner of that channel.

I was at the Tribunal on July 16th 2019 and the first half of the one of the 17th.

The woman who owned the wax salon didn't show up to the tribunal on the 16th.
so things discussed were limited because they weren't there to be able to respond.

All the audio and video I got is on the channel, so there won't be any more until the next one if I am able to make it.

All I have is a cell phone which doesn't pick up sound that great unless they are speaking loudly and a GoPro Hero7 black which picks up sound great
but the humidity in Vancouver right now together with having to conceal it in my hand makes it overheat and lock up.

If anyone wants to record, I'd suggest bringing a dedicated voice recorder and just put it on the desk in the middle of the room concealed in something small
so it doesn't get noticed and retrieve it when people leave the room.

The human rights Tribunal records everything on audio with mics on the desks but you have to request those and it could take weeks for them to be made available.

Nick Cohen is a very prominent journalist in the UK. He came across the Titania McGrath Tweet about Yaniv, and decided to take a dig at the journalist behind it, Andrew Doyle. He calls him a genocide denier, which I think is a reference to some obscure argument over Bosnia.

I think the reaction surprised Cohen because, after he got the usual number of likes from his regular followers, the majority of the comments were negative, he started getting a lot of info about Yaniv thrown at him, and then when he didn't acknowledge it, starting getting called a coward for being too afraid to criticise a trans woman. Hence the rather pissy comment he later makes about how he'll be the one who'll decide whats important enough to right about.

The Writer behind the Titiana McGrath account Andrew Doyle comments in the thread, but was smart enough to not derail the thread, and let it stay as a setting for #waxmyballs.

Anyway Yaniv is starting get an international profile.

I have read the piece, and as I mentioned, I'm aware the author thinks what he is doing is a joke. But do you think the article really had to use that depth of comparison. If this ends up being the outcome I have a genuine question, how would the BCHRT be able to implement this? This type of waxing is specialized you need to be a practicing certified beauty therapist for a minimum of two years before you can even train to do this type of waxing and it's a different accreditation than Brazilian/ Hollywood waxing. They would have to change the whole accreditation system for the beauty therapy industry to expect a therapist who advertises Brazilian waxing to be trained to do ball waxing too in the case that the client has unexpected genitals. Accreditation for beauty therapy are world wide like most trades, they are not particular to the country you trained in.

Seems he's more interested in faking being assaulted because of the publication ban being lifted. I hope the Langley RCMP are ready for the avalanche of calls from Jonathan, claiminng people are shouting abuse, targeting his house, threatening him, photographing him, talking about him, insert any random transphobic "abuse" here. It looks like the JY crazytrain just pulled into expanded victimhood central and there's no stopping it any time soon. He should take member Cousineau to the BCHRT for "removing his anonymity" and leaving him open to "transphobic abuse"

A lot of older women see themselves completely lost after losing their husbands cause they were always 100% dependent on them all their lives. Then they end up with looney sons (like Chris-Chan) to care for them, it’s pretty sad really. Unfortunately sadness is a feeling and facts don’t care about their feelings.

She's from Israel.

All she needs is a plane ticket and they'll be more then happy to help her when she arrives.
