this is Kickvic we are referencing. The same people that put outright defamation into one TCPA filing. You'd think that group of mouthbreathers wouldn't try to put "secret messages" while accidentally leaving it open to other findings (its a conspiracy was 100% not meant to be in this paragraph but is just stupidity)?

Honestly, not sure if anyone has made this comparison but Marchi thinks she’s Roger Smith from American Dad in the episode The People vs Martin Sugar with her behavior.

She tries to be cute, and her comment about “Judges loving her” due to how funny she thinks she is will net her the best outcome where she doesn’t have to face the consequences of her behavior, but she’s in for a rude awakening once it doesn’t happen.

You're probably right, these people are basically children. Shits got me mad at the internet. Even if it was something that happened in the original lolsuit that shits gay as fuck. I hope that TCPA gets thrown out and these faggots get dragged through the mud.

I think it really just goes to show how much Nick has gotten under their skin. They might have done for Vic because of petty jealousies, but Nick they hate with unbridled passion.

I suspect this may also be a not so subtle preview of what I see as an inevitable strategy for spinning this ridiculousness, specifically: "well we had to do this because Nick was a mean meanie head and wouldn't stop calling us liars, so Vic wouldn't be in this situation if Nick hadn't blah and furthermore..."

It wouldn't shock me to see them make statements to this effect at some point in the not too distant future.
