I mean, Nick is brought up so often in the case. The chances of that exact phrasing occurring "by coincidence" is super low. I don't think Chupp would come close to biting. At worst he'll say, "I thought this case was about Vic. Who is Nick?"

I know this sounds optimistic, but kiwifarms has been brought up because of casey to the judge. What that can mean is maybe the judges interest is peaked. The farms was also brought up in deposition and the judge may end up knowing that too. Not to mention that abysmal TCPA will mention the farms as well so if they say that and he finds out they lied, that could be even more damning.

TL: DR I think the judge might be a bit more interested in the farms than we think.

chupp might be inclined to look. They brought up the shock jock Nick to show their clients are being harrassed. But now ty can show that their side is also antagonizing nick. Takes the piss out of the whole thing of them trying to even depose nick, as it can be shown to be a tactic to harass him in a retaliatory manner, with the acrostic as evidence that this is a pissing match with the defenses pathetic attorneys.
