I know it's kinda late and stupid random, but the whole KamehaCon debacle has me curious about something. We all know Moronica and Sabat tried to strongarm them into dropping Vic, but that makes me wonder, are there any potential guests that have threatened to leave a convention specifically to protest Vic being dropped as opposed to being invited?

They have been flirting the line for a while, they actually got C&D'd by Netherealm Studios because they released a skin for one of their characters that was a blatant ripoff of Scorpion
And keep pumping out more cosmetic skins faster than TeeDot Douchette can pump out tweets.
They've been going more woke with every update, and I'm guessing this addition was from their "olympian" team, which was basically chosen by a popularity contest of who's stream were thirstier.
It's so terribly fitting that Rooster Teeth is latching on to this festering wad, I hope Vic sues them in round 2

I may have worded the question a little wrong. I was actually wondering whether any guests would protest a con for dropping Vic, not having him on. We already know KickVic isn't above abandoning cons for not doing their bidding. I was wondering if any VAs or other guests on Vic side were willing to do the same to get him back on.

Basically they were told to write an essay critiquing the works of the author, but instead wrote their personal memoirs.
Retaliation of Vic? ... Where, at the con? Does she believe he was going to rip her clothes off right there and sacrifice her to the tens of hundreds of weebs?

I know right? This... Just doesn't even begin to not make sense. Just to bring up as an example, Final Fantasy XV (EDIT: I got a TMI notice, just spoiler tagged to not ruin things if you are interested) had a lot of in game sponsorship, but a lot of that had to do with characterization and being related with the character who enjoyed that product. Coleman and Cup Noodles for example, Gladiolus was shilled on par but with no shame, because Final Fantasy XV has a fuckton of messianic religious allegory and a whole "reality meets fantasy" bit going on. Within the realm of Buddhism and the religious allegories it has, Gladiolus is believed to be inspired by the Nioh or Vajrapani, who in Buddhism was Buddha's bodyguard who protected him on his travels; some interpretations envision Vajrapani to be a yaksha or a nature spirit, hence Gladiolus' outdoorsman nature, and Asian superstition enjoys saying that eating and slurping down noodles by the whole to the tips means you'll live a long life, which also draws parallels and plays on visual themes to how the Nioh are represented with thick pillars and massive vajra weapons to represent indestructibility and irresistibleness to the truth.
Yeah, that was quite an explanation for an example, but as someone before me has said, "you didn't know it.... but your brain did". Outside of that joke, there's at least thought and symbolism to digest and dissect with that sponsorship, no matter how skeezy it seems. Even Noctis being in Tekken is due to not just being pretty boys and yaoi bait for Lars, but also to how it's believed Christianity and Buddhism helped develop emphasis on hand to hand fighting due to spreading the word of having mercy, forgiveness, and being fair and justified when using force against your enemies in the face of the human condition. You know, kinda like what Vic is doing right now with Nick and Ty against Funimation and MoRon.
RWBY though...... There's shit about the world origin story about how there's a God of Light and God of Darkness, and how Ruby herself has what is known as a gift known as the Silver Eyes to destroy Grimm that is believed to be gifted from the God of Light, but even that is an even greater stretch that what I've talked about. Pure fucking shill right there. Of course, what do I know, maybe the God of Light also has reincarnation cycles or something, and that will be a plot twist. Also fuck them for pissing on Monty's grave.
