To clarify what you're saying: GFM takes donations, not investments. There is no expectation of return on investment (ROI).That doesn't make any sense at all. A ponzi scheme has the first investors get given money that later investors chip in. Go Fund Me doesn't give investors anything.
That agreement had nothing to do with Nick's stream. Nick received an edited copy of the in-house video recording which was purchased by BHBH and edited by the same.I was thinking about this in the shower the other day. It is obvious that Ty is not Nick's source for the deposition videos, at least not directly (as he is bound by the agreement, and would be in deep shit if he breached it). For Nick to acquire the videos, he has to know somebody that:
a) has access to the videos and,
b) is not bound by the agreement.
The only people I could think of who fit these criteria are Beard's daughters (one of them works at BHBH, if I'm not mistaken). Nick could also potentially have a source at the videography/transcription company leaking stuff, but that seems less likely.
Or Ty is the source, and they're banking on "Nick is a journalist" to cover their asses.
The agreement made on the record was to not record or share the Zoom stream being broadcast to the parties who weren't present in the depo.
Vic kept getting denied and then defamed for trying. He is a bad judge of crazy. Meanwhile, he lands the real hotties who have some sense.I don't know about other cons, but DragonCon is essentially just TinderCon in my experience. If you go there and dont fuck someone you must have stayed in the hotel room.
If Vic is a rapist, hes literally the worst rapist on the planet with a 0% success rate.
