There's never been a confirmed case of DID, it's a highly contested condition that few actually believe is real and no one knows the exact symptoms of or how it would work, and the most compelling cases for it not being totally made up involve a single split caused by some kind of break - such as intense torture or that sort of thing. Even those are pretty shaky and unconfirmed. There's no reason to believe Shayu has anything close to DID. Something that makes him unstable and swing between attitudes like BPD, sure, but if he's claiming he has multiple personalities that differ between KV and ISWV, he's just blowing smoke

Sex pest is the nice little term they use for people they can't call a rapist but want you to think of like a rapist anyway. It's a kind of flexible term where it could just mean a person who's a pest at work harassing people or it could mean someone who extorts sex out of co-workers and others for years, but isn't a violent rapist. Usually what it's used for is 'a guy we're accusing of being sexually creepy, probably without substantial evidence of wrongdoing'.

It's pretty pathetic in general really. I mean, think about this situation as a whole:

"We didn't like a guy for reasons even though we hardly ever have to see him so instead of handling things like adults and either talking it out or just asking him to leave us alone because we don't like these things about him, we're going to make up some shit about him for attention and maybe he'll even off himself as a bonus"

Speaking of false rape allegations, looks like that April chick who accused Andy Signore of sexual assault got exposed when he released the actual info to show they had a relationship and it wasn't assault. What confuses me is why he waited for so long to do so.

probably to lead her on into thinking she was gonna win and then ruin her at her peak.

I recall some story of a guy who was snipped like 10 years back (but never revealed this to his gf) letting his pregnant gf 'with his baby' think she got away with it until she was past the point of abortion and then presenting her with the documents of the procedure / updated doctor signed analysis that hes incapable of producing sperm just to make her crumble that much more.

That never happened. The only person he killed in a duel was Charles Dickinson, a real scumbag who had already killed 26 men. For some unknown reason, he let the guy shoot first. Even though it was traditional for both duelists to deliberately miss each other, this guy shot him right in the chest. So Jackson replied in kind, except his shot was fatal.

I find it weird that EVERYBODY is only focusing on the defamation part. The TI is also big because that could mean that there really was a plan to destroy Vic and possibly anybody else in the industry. Is that because TI won't resurrect Vic's career?
