Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

Welcome to The Farms, @EriMin and thanks for handling all of this like a champ. I'm sure it's not a fun experience to wake up and find yourself involved somehow with a lawsuit that you should not have anything to do with. I know I'd certainly be a very grumpy person if that happened to me. That said, could you maybe shed some light for us, if you can, on why Faisal would use you as an example in his affidavit?

i mean when you look at the image as presented and it looks fake logically you move to have that checked out or assume it to be faked. At least that's how a court SHOULD do it imo

You need to hire an expert witness to testify about how many shoops they have seen, that it looks like a shoop for such and such reasons, etc. Only expert witnesses are allowed to have opinions that the court will consider.

That photo again... It's an old photo, shot on a stage with stage lighting and prop walls, aged in a box, scanned and then uploaded, any "mistakes" and "discrepancies" can be explained that way, Don't make a mountain out of a molehill.

Look again. It wasn't scanned. It's a photo of a photo.

Up at the top of the page, there's a little bell icon (it will probably have a number next to it a lot of the time) which indicates alerts. A lot of these will be reactions (i.e. likes, etc.) by other members to previous posts, but if you read the messages, it will tell you what's happened.

The ones you probably care about are someone "quoted your post" or someone "mentioned you in a post" which if you click the link will take you right to that post. This will save you considerable amount of time so you don't have to navigate the threads page by page.

If you want you can further configure the alerts in your profile. Click on your profile up at the top and select Preferences from the drop-down. You can turn off the alerts for reactions which really helps to keep it clean. If you're mainly here just to respond to questions, it will probably help you make better use of your time.

Edit: If what you're describing is as @Shady Attorney states below, you can click the Quote button below a post to add it to multi-quote. Once you've done that to any posts you want to respond to, scroll to the bottom of the page below the text box that says "Write your reply..." and click the button that says "Insert Quotes..." (it will only exist if you have posts selected to quote) which will bring up a pop-up window which shows all of the posts you want to quote, will allow you to rearrange the order, or remove any that you no longer wish to quote. Clicking the "Quote Messages" button in that pop-up window will add them to the text field.

This was cute, made me smile, on another note I'm sure some non boomers would also have problems understanding these things we're only human

I'm always excited when a new development arises that causes KV narratives to age like tard cum in the hot, summer sun. Something tells me the orca will be huffing and puffing to backpedal as hard as she can with this one.

Erin should get an Arduino to play "Ride of the Valkeries" on her mode of transportation.

My name is TzeentchCultist, I am over the age of 18 and I am of sound mind to make this affidavit.
I am an expert in identifying shops because of my training at Westpoint academy in Memetic Warfare with a major in Shop Detection from the years 2006 to 2016 and have worked since in the US Army Chairforce as a Senior Shop Detector (SSD) from 2016 to now. In my line of work I have over 300 confirmed Shop Detections (SDs)
In my expert opinion these are shops, I can tell by some of the pixels.

How sad of a person that Lauren Cooper is. Isn't she married? Go spend some fucking time with your husband and stop meddling in other people's lives.

Pig.

So Funi voice actors only get paid 100 a episode and have no royalties from their roles. Damn what is this early mmpr saban?
Yeah it can't be much. 22 minute episodes, playing one (or multiple on occasion) of many characters in shows that likely aren't non-stop dialogue. Even with multiple takes of lines that can't take that long. And no residuals? Holy shit, that's cruel. All that Broly cashola and they don't get shinola.

Her husband's probably grateful for the neglect. He has married into a rich family, and the wife ignores him to raise hell on social media, so he has a lot of free time. The only depressing thing is that she's fat, and will continue rise in weight.

It has been asked but it`s not relevant to the story and personal to me so I`ve chosen not to share. 🙇‍♀️
See, one with hopes for Vic's demise in their hearts would likely take that as Vic doing something nefarious and "scaring you," while a more sensible person would think maybe you're just not a fan of him and would rather work wirh someone else, or working with him is tiring because everyone at the con is in his line for a chance to see terrible pants up close. There's also the possibility that you requested not to work with him but if you had to then you'd go ahead and do it.

But as you said, it's not relevant. So how do you feel about people trying so hard to spin it against him?

Given the size of the ring, and its shape, it looks less like a wedding ring and more like one of those college/highschool rings.

Back in the eighties there was a movement among evangelicals to promise chastity until marriage. They'd where a band on the right ring finger when they did it.

That ship had sailed for me before I became a Christian but I knew several who did promise. Don't know if it's still a thing.

Personally I don't think we need to worry about the image. If they had any plans to make use of it they would have included it with the affidavit made by Michelle. They havent, because it wasn't provided because it doesn't exist, or it does exist and they cannot affirm its authenticity. After all, from what we can gather Michelle is not the one who took the photos, nor is she the subject of said photos so she cannot state with certainty they are authentic. They could have authenticated the photo during Vic's depo, but they didn't, even though they clearly wanted to link Vic to the highschool/michelle during the depo. This just leads me to believe that even the defense attorneys believe that this is a bad photo edit and are staying away from it.
The whole thing could've been shown as real if they took a photo of the photo. If it was in '85 it was likely a 110 or 35 mm and the color would have likely shifted in age as well as other things showing age.

Take a picture of the picture on your kitchen table and at least show it's a printed image (realizing a print can be made from a PSD) but they couldn't be bothered to do that. I wonder why . Hmmmmm.

It doesn't matter. It means that they have the "original" photo in physical form at least of the date when they posted the digital picture of the physical photo. I'm sure that someone could do basic forensics analysis on that physical photo it to determine the age and if it's something that was printed out only a few years ago it's pretty damned obvious that it's a fake.

Is there some kind of lawyer holiday in August that is making all these lawyers need to have their hearings all on August 8th?

I think Chupp just doesn't want to deal with any more back and forth bullshit and scheduling everything on the same day removes the ability for both sides to fling motions back and forth at each other. He already knows that they're not getting along and that the legal fight is a bit dirty, so he just wants to wrangle both sides to stop them from shitting up his docket with idiocy.

I don't even know what this cunt is doing anymore.

Twitter really is the trailer park of the internet.
