They're ignorant on the facts of the case, and too biased to read them critically anyway, so ad hominem attacks are pretty much what they can muster. Ty has an accent that tv and movies have decided "sounds stupid" so they're going to just go with that as its easier than putting forth a modicum of effort to perform an actual analysis of the case.

No, there was a person I know who was banned due to commenting on the situation in that thread. I also commented my thoughts on it in the thread with several people saying i'm victim blaming or sounding like a teenager. There was one person I talked to in private messages who was KickVic but understood my issues on certain people who were KickVic. I'm on Kanzenshuu and I checked that thread once in a while and let me tell ya, they give PULL a run for their money. On the Mike situation, I like to call him the "WATCH YOUR FUCKING LANGUAGE" guy since he calls out people for some stuff that look very minuscule in reality

Consider that these lawyers are likely unfit to practice. Now I don't need to be a lawyer to say that. All I have to do is do what they did not. Look at the facts in this case.

Honestly, all we know is that guys like Douchy have a degree. So do womynz studies grads. And they seem to share the same logical/communication skills. Did they politic their grades? Did someone help their diploma/BAR along? In todays environment, we cant really say, can we? So I'll take a good ol' redneck over that whenever trust needs placement.

That was swell of him, if a bit cringe. But notice he said nothing derogatory or hateful, no slurs or insults, just a message of universal love no matter if you enjoy anal play or vaginal mushing or mushroom lollipops.

I also like how he said brother to the guy. It seems genuine to me how he views other humans in relation to himself.

This. BHBH isn’t grandstanding in its filings. Everything we have seen from BHBH meticulously parses and applies the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence and supporting case law. A Judge never has to look at one of Ty’s filings and ask “why is this in front of me?” They tend to be clear, direct and well referenced. Contrast that with Lemonhead’s “Motion to file a Motion about filing a Motion” that was engineered simply to threaten Nick Rekieta’s family. The Judge is going to be confused about what the purpose of it is.

According to Wikipedia there is: The Mousetrap. The description of the plot mentions Monkswell Mannor (though curiously the sign in the photo reads "Monkwell Manor") as a setting in the play.

What surprised me was that a bunch of Americans were staging The Mousetrap in the first place. IIRC, The Mousetrap is famous for its twist ending--so famous, in fact, that there isn't allowed to be an American production while it's still running in Britain, because bloody yankee audiences will spoil the whole show. However, I'm not sure if that rule's still in effect, or if it applies to community/school theater.

I like how unafraid Stan is of these people. Other industry people siding with Vic are quietly giving Nick info, or acting as Vic's friend privately like Chuck, but they're ultimately too meek to speak up publicly. Meanwhile Stan gives no fucks about these assholes. It's really refreshing.

It reads like a pile of garbage. A real motion to dismiss just throws its hands in the air and asks where in the frivolous complaint the plaintiff states an actual cause of action. It's just literally, throw this thing out because wtf, nothing in here is actionable.

There is no way in reality that repeatedly and incessantly calling some innocent man a rapist, and causing him to get fired from his job and every other job he could conceivably ever get, isn't actionable.
