I'm way (way way way) outside the online 'tism community but they seem a lot like the troons that defend their own no matter what and tolerate absolutely no gatekeeping whatsoever, and ready to tear into anyone that isn't 100% on board with them on every single thing. Not the type to call out behaviors. And on the outside people either just don't know or don't want to look insensitive/lose their Woke Card. And a big thing seems to be that autism is a perfect and wonderful gift from god and you should not ever try to stifle the unlimited wonder that is an autistic person by trying to teach them how to cope with the world they actually inhabit.

There are different types of alopecia - some do result in patchy loss. However, the type that makes you go totally bald takes all your hair. Pubic, body, eyelashes the lot. Very distressing to have, I used to work with someone who had it. She was really good at eye makeup, it took me weeks to realise she had no lashes.

Her insta looks like she’s shaved her head. I doubt she’s lost all her hair, she may have thinned it put a bit with an eating disorder but she’s basically shaved. Hell even Anna ginger has some left,

When she was brought up first in the thread I went through all of her photos to see if there was any explanation of what happened to her hair and couldn't find anything other than vague references when it started to grow out. I guessed she shaved it to get that cancer kid look like a lot of munchies do but did she actually claim alopecia ? That's not what alopecia looks like, I know a guy who has it and shaves his head every week because of it but if he let's stubble grow even a little you can notice smooth patches with zero hair growth.

I'm guessing she has an older account out there somewhere with pre 2016 photos, I find it suspicious that both accounts start from then filled with hospital selfies etc.

I haven't had much time to look into it but she's a fucking enigma. I can't find anything before the alternate insta was created. Her sister Alyssa is a dead end on every platform as is her mom. They post occasional pictures with little to no caption, but none of the usual "please pray for my daughter/sister who is fighting her 90th sepsis battle" statues.

Paige has a facebook but it's no help except to provide this handy meds chart.

Does not look like the medication list of someone who is dying and reported to the Daily Fail that she doesn't know how much time she has left. Other than the benzos and lyrica which might be a little more difficult to come by, there's nothing on that list that a general practitioner wouldn't give to someone who walked in off the street with a bunch of vague complaints.

My best guess is she's an ana-chan who at first snowed doctors into thinking she had something actually wrong with her and got tubes place, but has since made herself a nuisance by giving herself various and sundry infections and complications to remain in the hospital.

edit 2: according to the whiteboard at her hospital, a month ago she had an August 30, 2019 discharge date which is strangely specific for being two months in the future at that time. ED admission maybe? Using it as a carrot, "if you eat and stop fucking with everything you can get out by the end of August"? Wishful thinking by the staff that they'll get all her problems sorted and send her home by then?

-Talked to her docs about getting a service dog when she first started getting sick in Florida
-She swears she didn't want a service dog. Uh huh.
-Got her when she was a year or a year and a half old
-Doesn't believe SDs should be going everywhere with their handlers. uhm. That is the point of them. That's why you select dogs that have a drive to work and a happy demeanor like goldens and labs, not anxious-as-fuck mix breed shelter mutts.
-never takes the dog if she has the wheelchair. Have videos that say otherwise.
-tried to find a trainer but none will help her because she's a husky mix and they're not meant for service.
-Admits freckles is temperamental and says she doesn't want to "ruin her personality" by making her work too often. No. If your dog is temperamental it shouldn't be working period.
-one company met her and wanted $40k to train her, SJ didn't have that kinda cash so she did some google searches on dog training and trained her herself. Yeah my one dog does that too. He's also anxious as all hell and he's looking to me for reassurance that he's still being a good boy and I still love him.) Uses the mobility harness to stop herself when she starts to "fall".
-Was training to be an alerter to her "episodes" but gave up after 6 months without results. Claims Freckles knows very occasionally that she's about to have an "episode" and bothers here, also known as "she is a dog and wants attention"

Not a chance. She'd be vlogging it. I'd believe the wheelchair walks only because she would love the attention that got her, but we've also seen no proof of that except one time she was "training" Freckles to be around the chair without fear (spoiler: she was very obviously not happy.)

Yeah I caught that. I was saying she is really only bad when Sarah-Jean is around her. She seems to enjoy being with the dad and the other dog, from the sporadic clips SJ has shown of him walking/playing with them or caring for them.
