He has good reason to.
A certain gross whale name dropped him in legal documents and in a fucking deposition and lied about his involvement whereas before he just wanted to stay out of it. But they dragged him and another person in. So he's pissed off now and he has no problem letting them know that and no problem telling everyone the truth.

Considering the amended filing from Ron and Monica....This is most certainly sanctionable and with ALL of the evidence coming to light, Judicial Estoppel is gonna bite them in the ass HARD. You cannot change your position that you originally took previously in the case. If Chupp wasn't pissed before, he definitely is now.

These people would better watch where they step from now on. If they pissed the wrong people, the litigious people, there is enough ammo scrounged up to fuck them with establishing characters in every lawsuit they are unfortunate enough to be embroiled with.
