His primary fixation is "passing" so he doesn't get clocked by Trump's Rightwing Death Squads and the close follow up is anime. The immediate aftermath of the vocal surgery caused this surgery sperg spree, and now he hasn't even made it out of the building before freaking out again. I think there is a chance he will try to swing staying in Mexico to pile on surgery after surgery in order to make him pass. Someone will have to fund it. A lot depends on that. Will Luke be able to emotionally blackmail his family from south of the border?

He will most likely commit to an autistic plan of infiltrating back into the US which will consist of doing what every legal citizen does and DHS/CBP will not care.
