Man he somehow finds a way to limbo under the bar no matter how low it is. Good news behind a paywall. Usually his big announcements are just things he should have done years ago but was too lazy to do it. Either that or it's some special stream so the fans are essentially paying him so he can announce another stream where they can pay him again.

It's not even good news in the usual sense people would use it in this context. It's almost certainly only something he cares about. Pay me to hear good news for me that has no relevance to you and affects you in no significant way lol how narcissistic can you get?

There seems to be a lot of confusion with this. The guy in the video was using July 25th (presumably the day he was streaming/recording) as an example of a previous interaction with Phil. At least, that's how I understood it--he was saying "I contacted Phil a month ahead of when we were doing the podcast. Let's use today, July 25th, as the date. So the podcast would be a month away on August 25th. Phil told me he couldn't because he was going to be sick then."

Someone should ask whoever that dude is when he actually talked to Phil. It would be interesting to see if it lines up with any "illnesses" Phil had.

I remember this, it was a few years back. It was for the Painkiller Already podcast with WoodysGamertag, whiteboy, wings, and fpsrussia. They actually talked about him passing on the podcast because he was sick but then found out he uploaded videos on the same day sounding perfectly fine. I'm pretty sure they asked him a month ahead of time but he skipped out the day of. I couldnt find a clip

Based on today's stream, I'm leaning toward the possibility of a pet, but not a cat. A fish. Phil went on an extended story about how he and Kat went to the pet store and were looking at fish and frogs. He talked about the aquarium and setting up a self-sufficient one because he naturally doesn't want to do any real work to maintain it.
A fucking fish. Leanna at least got some cute little critters with fur on them. Kat, his soulmate and the person who finally helped him become a mature adult human, gets something she can only look at and can't get emotionally invested in. Oh wait, sounds a lot like her husband. Never mind, a fish is the pet Kat so richly deserves. Can't wait until it dies and Phil unceremoniously flushes it down the toilet.

Whoa, he fucked off a chance to be on Painkiller Already?! And since wings was there, that'd be around their peak, wouldn't it? Damn, how stupid can someone be.

In before "Kat brought home pets" turns out to mean "Kat got crabs from Tyrone".

That 10 year is something to be proud of tho.

Look how he was totally definitely not a shadow of his former self by the time 2015's copyright strikes. Those strikes really kicked him out of search rankings. You can tel by the way his views massively declined. Except that they didn't.

Lean in manual ban.
Any insight as to the huge drop between JackieChin/BAO and Fallout 4?

Over the last month, I've been increasingly leaning towards Kat being pregnant. The only argument against this being Phil hasn't been exploiting the pregnancy for money, but his very long track record of making people think his "behind the scenes" problems are something he explicitly says they aren't when they turn out to be just that ("I'm not getting married when I go to CT! I can't afford it!") and his willingness to make up distraction stories in the meantime ("My parents are dying! That's why I'm going to CT!") proves he knows how to play the long game when it comes to begging. He's been talking a lot recently about his dumb condo and his efforts to get rid of it, which is the distraction story for the real behind the scenes issue, Kat's pregnancy, which he has explicitly and vehemently denied numerous times. He'll drop the big news, say he had to keep it a secret to "protect" Kat and his unborn child, then watch the paypigs rain tens of thousands of dollars on him.
before i joined the forums here i would browse and read comments, the very first time some speculated a child It all made since, why would he rush to marriage? why would go visit his parents? he did all this so he didn't look like he "nut and go" and because of his fictitious motto that she was his soul mate, I would beat 100 bucks khets gotta a cake in the oven and Phil can't eat it

Phil just got a cheer suggesting he pack a lunch while he runs errands on his day off.

He said this was an "impossible" suggestion because it was so hot, and he 'didn't have a fridge in his car' so it would just be a (fumbled with his words) "lump of liquid" (??) by the time he had to eat lunch. Ridiculous suggestion, can't be done. He said this with extreme condescension and absolute certainty that this is sheer insanity. Lunchboxes and coolers don't exist? What about the 90% of the year when it isn't too hot?

We're reaching levels of reality detachment that I didn't think were possible, and he looks like such an ignorant moron because he says these things with such conviction. He's a wild animal.

Phil is constantly detached from reality, any task that any grown adult could do in 10-30 minutes, even I could at least make something to eat the day before or a sack lunch but everything is too HARD or not worth the effort, phils lack of effort or interest in improving his life at ALL is want makes him both interesting and despicable at the same time.

(sorry for double post)

With regards to his complaints that things are slow today (which has been established as inaccurate anyway, but let's roll with it for a second)... it just again shows he has no audience awareness.

Yesterday, he announced a begging marathon with a goal that has paywalled news that people want. So, Phil, why would I tip today? I get nothing out of it other than a shoutout. If I tip during the marathon, I contribute to getting something, and I still get a shoutout. He has no concept of value. There is literally no reason to tip until the marathon. Even the people tipping tonight are stupid - it's a waste of money at the best of times, but even worse today because it could be at least doing something with the marathon. If I dropped $100 on him today and the goal was $100 short during the marathon, do you think he would say "Well, Surly gave that big tip the other day.... so I'll say we hit it." He literally dropped a met sub goal by one sub because someone rejected a gifted sub and refused to say the goal was met until someone gave another sub. He's a callous cheapskate. Of course tips will be down until the marathon. Fortunately for him, he has a lot of fans who clearly don't think.

It's just like when he promotes getting on the leaderboard the day before it resets. So I could be on there for 2 hours for the largest possible cheer. Or. I wait until tomorrow, cheer way less, and get on there for three days. Only an idiot would try to clinch a spot before it gets wiped. But to see any of this, you'd have to be thinking of the audience instead of just the money you get out of it.

We're also on another kick of checking chat logs for people requesting to be unbanned on stream so we can get some good public shaming going. I can't wait for next week when he says he never does that on stream and it has to be an email.

Got bored and made a short video out of a few clips from today's Mario stream. Snort Burnell eat your heart out

If I might make a suggestion...when you're showing the complete silence part there, a timer showing just how long he sits in stony silence would be hilarious (in my opinion). Just really drives home how low his effort is.

Pretty sure the event in question happens to be the first moment referenced in SecretLife's Worst DSP Moments of 2016. DSP's illness at the time also debunked.

ETA: It doesn't quite line up with the recent account, but it's even more damning for Phil, who, as I recall, had actually been down with the sore throat he gets yearly after the rasslin' sims, but definitely sounds in good voice and high energy by mid January. It's really too bad he didn't do the podcast; this was around the launch of KOgaming, and the early days of 2016 were the first and last time he displayed any energy at all and seemed to be making an effort with his content. It was the best time to do himself any good with additional publicity, but...you know...DSP.

Mark this as gay-ops if you want. But someone could theoretically donate Phil a new laptop loaded with spyware, and he'd use it without doing a fresh re-format as he doesn't have the Windows install disk, and is probably too lazy to do a fresh install even if he had one.

=======

Earlier today, someone with the account name 'Angus Cheng' was banned from Phil's chat for being an annoyance or something. Back in 2013, Phil did a series of co-op playthroughs with John Rambo on the Ouya console from Indie developer Angus Cheng. They turned out to enjoy the games and there were plenty of laughs. John Rambo booked Angus Cheng as a guest on his Podcast show, and he became a recurring guest and eventual co-host, Skyping him from Hong Kong and later meeting with him in person several times. Rambo actually gave Angus Cheng the Ouya that was gifted to him by Phil as he was packaging up to move from his Connecticut condo to his Washington house. Later, Rambo and OJ would meet with Angus Cheng, not long after the Podcast by Rambo and Howard exposing Phil. So I guess Angus Cheng is more on Team Rambo, OJ, and Howard now, than being duel-friends with Phil, as it was appropriate to chose sides. Here is some of the Angus Cheng playthroughs [1] [2] [3], and here are some of the Johnrambopresents The Show interviews with Angus Cheng [1] [2] [3] [4] [5].

On that same note, Rambo and OJ have not been heard of since November last year. Normally, they release an episode of their Podcast once a week. That stopped in November at episode #205. No public announcement has been made from them explaining why it has stopped, and the comments section is full of people wondering if they are still alive. Their Twitter pages and company email address is dead. I tried contacting them, to no response.
