A deeper look into his online activity reveals a delicious blend of TDS, "sex-positivity," and NEETdom. His twitter and personal website are a treasure trove of spergery.

But while Joshua is an vocal critic of Trump, far more interesting, and what makes him a true lolcow, is the fact that his "love" extends even to children, which come up as a topic in nearly all his tweets. Indeed, Joshua is not afraid to say that he is an #Ally to NOMAPs (no-contact minor attracted people), including people who have previously molested children but are """committed""" to never to do it again.

He also makes an odd distinction between child pornography and child sexual exploitation material (CSEM).

It's not quite clear why he claims that erotica of children is not child porn as long as the child isn't real (when lolicon is, by definition, erotic depiction of a child, and within the context refers to people jacking off to animu kiddies), but evidently it is more important to draw this distinction than it is to denounce kiddy-diddlin'

Of particular irony is his lack of sex (as well as friends), despite being a strong advocate for sexual rights. Joshua is not ashamed of this, however— he proudly and publicly tweets to Pornhub, and even speaks of his own personal love for hentai.

This segues into our next point on Joshua, mainly, that he is an absurdly paranoid individual, as evidenced by his blog post on how to protect yourself online (archive). Joshua has had multiple personal accounts over the years— all of which are now privatized or deleted. Luckily for us, archive.org has allowed me to reconstruct his first few years of online interaction.

In his earliest days Joshua was primarily a youtuber, who mostly did minecraft lets-play videos. He also vlogged about his life. Both channels have now been deleted; while the videos are unarchived, we can catch a rare glimpse of a world long gone through their titles.

Not to be that guy, but, it's pretty clear what the important difference between CP and lolicon is - the lack of a victim. Drawings also don't create a market for the abuse of kids in third world countries like actual CP does. Pretending that those differences aren't evident is a pretty faggy and dishonest thing to do. You could make an argument about how pornography use of any kind has been shown many times to lead to more extreme versions of pornography which could result in someone who looks at a lot of loli searching out actual child porn, but you didn't. [INSERT GENERIC AND UNNECESSARY "I, TOO, HATE PEDOPHILES" LINE]

The guy has some potential for lols (especially if he get's super defensive after finding out about this thread) but I get more of a Sadcow NEET vibe from him overall. I doubt much will come of him.

Will edit for clarity; its clear he doesn't think lolicon is harmful, but I find it odd that he refuses to call it child pornography, when it semantically fits both the term (it is pornographic content of a child), just because it happens to be drawn rather than a picture.

Anyhow, I feel like he's in a proto-cow stage right now, where he hasn't quite hit full-on sperg, but is rapidly becoming more and more devout to "activism." His twitter feed gives the appearance of increasing participation in the MAP/NOMAP community, and he is clearly displaying an intent to bring that knowledge to the outer world at large— and when he tips over the edge, we already have his history set up over here.

I think that's a fair assessment of his current cow state and I think a farms thread could rocket him into doing some very spastic things - which would be fun.
The reason he'll refuse to call it child porn is pretty clear though. Stuff that's labeled as child porn is illegal and, in the US at least, lolicon doesn't fall under that legal definition unless it's found alongside actual child porn.

A community watch thread for NOMAPs was just created less than a week ago. This guy honestly doesn’t stand out that much from any other NOMAP. Is there any particular reason why he deserves his own thread apart from being in that community? If not, then what’s your reasoning behind making an OP for him, rather than just talking about him in the community watch thread?

Based on the posts in that thread, you writing this OP comes across as an attempt to “expose” him, and that’s not a good enough reason to make a thread.

He was taking up a good half of the posts in the thread, and I already had the work done digging through his back history. Plus, he distinguishes himself in claiming merely to be an "ally," whereas most others in the MAP/NOMAP community are (as the name would suggest) MAPs of some sort. This leads to a second distinction, that he is quite philopolemical and likes debating MAP-rights with normal people, rather than staying contained within the community hugbox. I see this in particular as being a huge risk factor for future spergery.

Admittedly, the thread was a preemptive attempt at documenting what I foresee as a potential future lolcow. If he doesn't follow my predicted trajectory the thread will just naturally die out, as I see it, no harm no foul.

They understand the danger it poses to kids! Except... they think they're better with kids than normal people because of pedophilia.
They know pedophilia is wrong! Except... they romanticise it as something mutually beneficial and celebrate it.

It terrifies me that there are women out there who are capable of creating their own victims if some idiot from the bar forgets to wrap it up.
