So far, outside of perhaps the ex-fiance, do we have any named individuals who have been declared to have had sex with Vic? That's what's rather remarkable in all these rabid claims of being a rapist etc. There is no actual sex anywhere. For all the sordidness of this entire mess nobody has seemingly been fucked on the record. Decades of rumors. "Everybody knows" and yet no actual documented sex. Makes you go Hmmm? does it not?

Hadn't been following that thread, but took forever to get past the spot linked. I keep laughing that Tess thinks a 68% in College Algebra is "hellaz good", I mean, I admit I'm a nerd, but I think it's not impressive if you need to take College Algebra, let alone score that badly in it.

a) Vic was at that point already dismissed from working with FUNimation, so who gives a rip what his EX-employer said

b) SONY (a corporation) is neither an officer of the law, nor has any authority to tell anyone what to do in the PRIVATE life

I mean, if Vic was still working with FUNimation (and thus he is ordered to refrain from certain activities as an employee) or if this was in reference to a restraining order from the cops, then I get it. But if she doesn't want Vic to talk to her, then just say "Vic, don't talk to me" and "I told him I don't want to talk to him". If I'm being harassed by someone that is not a co-worker of mine, I don't expect said person to care what my employer thinks or says about the matter.

ANN contacted Jim Gogal, who was the was President of the Board of Tekkoshocon Inc. and Chief Executive Officer in 2010. He told ANN that Iijima's room was moved once during the 2010 event.

According to Gogal, “She had reported to me that Mignogna had been calling her room and showed up there at one point. She was moved to a different room inside the same hotel. This room was booked under a different name to prevent any future incidents. Iijima was also given extra security afterwards.” Gogal said Iijima remained in her new room for the duration of the event.

Gogal also stated, “Mignogna and Iijima's schedules were specifically made so they would not encounter each other at her [Iijima's] request. This was because, as she relayed to me, his past behavior and harassment to her.”

ANN sent a query to Iijima about the alleged incidents involving Mignogna at either the 2007 or 2010 Tekkoshocon event. Iijima declined to comment on the matters.

My first thought is "Define 'harassment'" because I have a feeling it's another case of current year definitions.

Since there was no police report or impact on Vic's career, I would further guess that this is probably cultural as the VA/Idol types can lose their 'everything' if they ,,,fraternize and get caught. If there WAS something to this I would think that Japan would blacklist Vic from working on any/all properties they own.
