Who else would've done it?

She wasn't kidnapped. There was no forced entry, she was found in the basement of her home, and that ransom note was phonier than Donald Trump's medical records.

It wasn't her parents. If they planned to kill their daughter, they wouldn't've left the body in their own basement after faking her kidnapping.

JonBenét's about as much of a mystery as the Borden Murders. The broad strokes of what happened are extremely obvious to anyone who takes a look at the facts of the case rather than getting themselves lost in the sensationalism. Not all media-circus cases are like this. There's plenty of intrigue to Tupac's murder, like whether it was Diddy or Biggie who made the final call. But the minor nigglings in the Ramsey Case have yet to so much as tilt the elephants in the room which point to her family in general, and her brother in particular.
Most of what you were told were facts about JonBenet Ramsey's death were bullshit.

John Douglas, the man who created the FBI's psychological profiling department, weighed in on the JonBenet Ramsey murder in his book The Cases That Haunt Us, and a lot of the facts that you're claiming are so obvious are largely a bunch of bullshit the news hooked onto and ran with to get ratings. Their situation and their house was fucking weird. The house had some kind of historical tours going through it with hundreds of strangers getting to take a look around, and it had a lot of points of entry. There was a spiral staircase that went right up to the third floor and was right next to several doors to the outside. Someone breaking in would have had a lot of time and a lot of concealed locations to get a door open.

A man that had coached prosecutors on how to get serial killers to flip out in front of a jury interviewed the Ramseys, and he then said he doesn't believe they did anything. He went down the list of a lot of the "facts" being reported and showed how they were reckless misrepresentations, sometimes misunderstanding some of the things John Douglas himself had said about crime scenes in the past, and sometimes shit that was wrong to begin with that just kept being reported once the Parents Murder Child story gained traction.

I never even heard any of this shit about her brother. It sounds like conspiracy theory crap.

The JonBenét case is the only murder in history where a kidnapping was staged when the body was left in the victim's own home. JonBenét's ransom note is the longest-written ransom note in the history of US crimes (quite possibly worldwide crimes, too), and was handwritten with stationary from the Ramseys home. Patsy changed up her handwriting style after the murder in a very obvious way. And less than ten percent of murdered children are killed by strangers.

The Boulder Police Chief from the time of the case has a lot of interesting observations, but refuses to name who he thinks did the murder. But Foreign Faction's not so restrained. It points the finger squarely at Burke, and I've yet to see anyone come up with a more credible perp.

I shouldn't've been so dismissive of JonBenét being sexually abused. Child beauty pageants are magnets for pervs, and her family's creepy as hell. But I stand by sex being extremely unlikely to've been the motive.

Given how much has been failed to be explained, and hpw bad things look for the Ramseys, I'd be exactly as skeptical of this as I'd be skeptical that Desmond isn't being pimped by his family.

You're really just making it sound like you were convinced to give someone money in exchange for a book full of secret knowledge.

First of all, there was a broken window in the basement. It had been broken for months, but since it was fairly secluded the family hadn't bothered repairing it. It did have a grate over it, but the grate was removed. JonBenet's body was found next to it in the basement.

Second, the blood and tissue damage of her head injury indicated she'd been strangled first and her heart was barely pumping when her skull was cracked. A major head wound with no blood anywhere in the house would not happen, unless her blood already wasn't going anywhere. Are you suggesting that her brother just fucking strangled her and then came back 5 minutes later and bashed her in the head with a bat? And no one noticed? And no one intervened? And you call this "killed her accidentally while roughhousing"? Bullshit, dude.

"Only murder in history where a kidnapping was staged"
Fuck off. Nothing is the only anything in history. A kidnapping where the kidnapper accidentally strangled his captive? No, no, the only murder in history blah blah blah. Superlative bullshit to draw you in to the secret knowledge. Conspiracy theory tripe.

JonBenét's ransom note is the longest-written ransom note in the history of US crimes (quite possibly worldwide crimes, too), and was handwritten with stationary from the Ramseys home.
The note was long. And? The house was 5,000 square feet. It's entirely possible the attacker entered the house when the family was gone. Then he would sit, and wait, for hours, with nothing to do but write his ransom note on some shit he got inside the house. No shit the note was long.

Patsy changed up her handwriting style after the murder in a very obvious way.
And why shouldn't I believe someone just made this up?

And less than ten percent of murdered children are killed by strangers.
So nine percent of them are murdered by strangers.

You bought into a conspiracy theory.

My theory has always been a botched kidnapping. The murderer was trying to abduct JonBenét, but something went horribly wrong and she was dead before they could leave the house. The perp has to think of something quick and fudged up some fake evidence to mislead the police before hiding the body in the basement.

That "window was broken moths ago" story was every bit as much a lie as when Michael Jackson said he was the bilogical father of three white kids. Do you know how fucking brutal winters get in Boulder? Nobody'd let that much heat escape from their house in Northern Colorado during Christmastime.

She was hit with the blunt object first. The strangling's just what killed her. It's very likely that everything aside from the blunt object strike was staged to make it look like a kidnapping gone wrong. Including the strangulation itself, which is one of the more fucked-up parts of the case.

Well, that would be bullshit if I said what you quoted. But I didn't. You cut off my sentence midway to make your point look better. The sentence finishes with ". . . when the body was left in the victim's own home." You cut that off deliberately to make yourself look smarter and me look dumber.

It's not my fault you actually are dumber and I'm smarter. Learn to get over it.

No ransom note in FBI history's ever been observed to be as long as the JonBenét note, because criminals don't want to leave any more details than it takes to get what they want, because they don't wanna get caught.

Ransom notes also don't tend to be handwritten, because that leaves a lot more evidence than any other method that can be used to make a note.

Ransom notes also don't tend to ask for the exact amount of money that the ransomee recently received from a Christmas bonus.

Ransom notes also don't tend to be composed in the abductee's home, using the abductee's family stationary. They're written beforehand, kept short and to the point. You'd think a "foreign faction" would know those things.

Patsy changed up her handwriting style after the murder in a very obvious way.
And why shouldn't I believe someone just made this up?
They didn't make it up. She was caught doing it during the analysis of her handwriting, which is why actual, professional criminals, and people who aren't morons, don't handwrite ransom notes.

And less than ten percent of murdered children are killed by strangers.
So nine percent of them are murdered by strangers.

If this were the only damning bit of info against the Ramsays, that'd be one thing. But every major detail makes them look suspicious.

A conspiracy just a secret plan or agreement between people for an unlawful or harmful purpose. There are plenty of times when conspiracies do happen, and they're valid to bring up if the evidence leads to a conspiracy being the case. For this matter, the Ramseys conspired to fake the kidnapping of their daughter to cover up for their son killing her; and they were coddled by the criminal justice system, because they were rich and white.

My theory has always been a botched kidnapping. The murderer was trying to abduct JonBenét, but something went horribly wrong and she was dead before they could leave the house. The perp has to think of something quick and fudged up some fake evidence to mislead the police before hiding the body in the basement.
If this were the case, the window would have a sign of someone exiting. And no kidnapper, no matter how dumb, would ever handwrite a ransom note using stationary from the abductee's home. Nor would they leave the body in the victim's own home.

This doesn't even get into how unco-operative the Ramseys were throughout the investigation.

Yeah, not worth discussing here, maybe some new thread in General Discussion or Deep Thoughts would be more suited for this.

@Weppers @Truthspeaker Please take this somewhere else apart from this thread to avoid derailing, preferably in a new thread, thanks.
I'm locked from making new threads, but I solemnly swear I won't bring it up in this thread again.

There's a child who's currently being abused to worry about.

If things keep going as they are now, one day there'll be a thread about an otherkin child burlesque dancer and people will be interrupting that thread to discuss whether they think it was Wendy or some random pervert that killed Desmond.

And why Michael Alig’s DNA was never tested for a match to the sample recovered from Desmond’s sequins panties.

He received what I believe is an anti-bullying award for some reason.

It wouldn't surprise me if he liked to dress up like a girl on his own. I knew a few boys who liked to do this when I was a youngun, and every one of 'em grew up to be gay.

None of 'em were taken to bars by their parents to dance for money. Nor were their dressups anywhere close to this sexual. The closest thing I saw to this creepy fetish shit as a kid was when I watched The Amanda Show, but even "In the Van" Dan was subtler with his perviness and targeted older jailbait.

Unless Schneider started molesting Amanda Bynes when she was on All That. She was Desmond's age when she started on that show.

Maybe his parents realized that their worthless son was gay and that pimping out his ass was the only way to recoup their costs of raising a lil faggot?
