(nearly got him mixed up with total biscuit. Those two are interchangable it seems)
 
I expected that they would contact KF to ask for the information to be taken down because securing the breached data is part of dealing with a breach but claiming it's copyrighted makes no sense. They are referring to the wrong law and also none of the information is copyrighted.

Edit:
They would be required to do this under US federal data protection laws regardless of whether or not they are taking into account of the fact that they breached personal data relating to people outside the US.
