Article Yaniv raided / arrested by RCMP

and this is how it all starts, stock up your strategic pop corn reserves, we are going to witness the downfall of this pedo now. $10 that he will be found dead in a cell in the near future.
yeah right I bet even if they sent him to prison they'd protect his ass, and if they didn't he'd sue the prison system too

jamal, tyrone or muhammad wont protect his ass, and spending the rest of your life behind bars is short. compared to maybe a few years with Jonathan Yaniv

I think the federal RCMP are seriously trying to nail down Tampon John. If I were to phrase things optimistically, I might say that the feds and local cops are co-operating. Non-local police are brought in at great expense to conduct the search and investigation due to John's tendency to make everything a legal matter. The police want things done cleanly by a neutral party that can't be accused of transphobia or embroiled in accusations of bias. I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me that he would have a tougher time making a human rights complaint against the RCMP versus a local detachment with which he has a long and weird history.

Less optimistically, one might say that the Langley detachment has let things get out of hand to the point where the Big Boys had to step in to fix things.

Either way, hopefully they'll find whatever revolting CP is surely stashed on John's computers or browsing history.

Cant really speak for the moose-people (and trying not to get my hopes up) but I can't see American feds doing an all-night search warrant that bars local cops from participating beyond perimeter security for a simple weapons charge.

Now if they need a few hours to image his PC hard drive and search easily for concealed flash drives/external drives, however...

I'd imagine if they want to do ANY snooping of laptops and the like, they'll take the fuckers away, and work at their own pace. Let's hope so. At the very least, it's a considerable inconvenience having your tech confiscated. Win win for us.

I'm not sure if this or the ESA letter from yesterday is the more exceptional choice.
I'd argue this, honestly. At least the ESA were idiotic online. Yaniv's being idiotic in real life and now she's got the law on her ass. If this doesn't end in either jailtime or probation, I will be disappointed.

Something is defiantly up beyond the tazer.
Wouldn't it be ironic if Yaniv got charged with CP because they found it accidentally on his electronics while they were raiding him for owning an illegal weapon. Majorly :optimistic: here, but with Yaniv it's an entirely possible and believable outcome.

If cannuck warrants are anything like American ones, they wouldn't be able to "accidentially" stumble upon something like CP while looking for something like a taser. Warrants tend to be very specific about what is to be searched for and in what areas and with what methods. You need to really really fuck up to get a warrant equivalent of "torch the fucking place", Lie found with 200 kilos of coke in your trunk or heads in your freezer levels of fuck up. Unless he was also dumb enough to have the CP in plain sight, IE literally printed out or on the monitor for the cops to see.

It's also possible that they had active warrants to search his property for anything relating to CP or his online messaging but hadn't acted on it. Not every warrant granted results in a 6am raid the next morning. Often they will collect them as they gather evidence then do one large raid encompassing multiple warrants, so in this case they acted on the illegal weapons charge but also had other warrants on table that came into play.

I've noticed that normies and the local media are slow or unresponsive when it comes to being aware of Yaniv's misadventures. Has anyone considered letting local media outlets know about this? Maybe they could send a van out and we could see news footage from the scene.

I'd like to think so since this fat cunt has been a drain on Canada's public resources for a while, repeatedly calling ambulances to chauffeur his fat ass around along with false hate crime reports to a likely already over stretched and underfunded police force. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the local police held some form of grudge which would definitely be cause enough to drive these guys the extra mile in ensuring he doesn't bother them or anyone else for a while.
