I actually own that shirt because one of my friends from a couple years ago was named Toby and we all conspired to wear it on said friend's birthday... that was the only time it ever left my closet.

The way it hangs and bunches is really unappealing as well, I don't think anyone but an asian Barbie doll could make this thing look cute.

From a distance it looks nice but I never looked at it up close, just from images of people wearing it. It does resemble clothing in the kids section at your local Walmart.
