I think its some shitty fursuit version of Sun Wukong. Aka the Monkey King. I could be wrong but thats the only thing I can think of.

the design really does have potential, but the 100% saturated lime green fur along with the massive chunk taken out of the nose for vision kind of ruins it *sigh*

Gives me beetlejuice vibes now that I think about it, the bright lime green makes it look toxic and crazy, I honestly love it
But that's just how I'm feeling about it. If the vision got fixed I think it would be a lot better
