I think at least some of the unevenness might be an illusion caused by his filthy, greasy hair clinging to his skull and making us see "edges" that aren't there. But not sure how much.

What's really jarring is that leftside on the top pic. Man that shit just looks uncanny. It's looks like they just stuck a triangle prosthetic on a normal person's cheekbone so it juts out like Everest.

It is possible, I'm just not seeing it specifically for that top picture. You can see clearly behind to his ears and there isn't anything traceable down from his hairline. I think it's just pure Mexican discount surgery.

Because it's definitely scanning equipment he'll rarely encounter which will prevent him from being stealth.
I'm pretty sure it takes a few months for everything to heal and settle properly. It does with plastic surgery done for therapeutic purposes.
As for his hair, I don't know whether it was actually done but before he left he mentioned that he was going to get his forehead reduced. If he did have that done it could explain him not washing his hair post-op.

Tbf taking a look at his dark ringed frog eyes and sunken cheeks, mixed with his rapid fire mood cycles and overly dramatic personality I'd reccomend lukey boy gets himself tested for graves disease before his heart potentially explodes. I'd have to look at more pictures but it does look like he has a goiter going on too

I’m not sure what exactly was even done to Luke’s face but it definitely just gave him an ugly uncanny valley look. I can’t say he looks even slightly more femme, but at least it’s obvious he did get some sort of facial surgery unlike Kyle “my hair plugs are FFS” Burns.

Yeah, everyone is paranoid about opiates for no reason. It isn't like that after years of them being handed out like candy, pill abuse became so widespread opiate overdoses surpassed both coke and heroin ODs. His complete ignorance of everything that isn't mecha anime and videogames he hates is baffling. I know autism, but still. I'm assuming that the rural Midwest had a horrible problem with oxy, etc it like we did around here. Opiods got the nickname hillybilly heroin for a reason. Now of course since the pill have dried up and most of the opiate addicts have moved on to heroin and fentanyl, no big deal.

It's nice to get confirmation of what we long assumed to be true. This is the kinda shit normal people go to a therapist for. People either work past issues like this or cut people out of their lives all the time. Look, I'm receptive to the notion that for actual transgender people, the traditional years-long process of psychiatric screening may constitute "excessive gatekeeping", depending on the circumstances. But Luke is exactly the sort of case all the gatekeeping was designed to prevent. My God! The man has issues that almost make me want to pull Freud back out of history's dustbin. He's got other untreated mental illnesses on top of that, he's poorly integrated into society, and he can only conceptualize his life in terms of anime. Is anyone going to be surprised at his inevitable suicide?

Man is his dad such an asshole, not only did he pay for all these surgeries and trips, he had the gall to give his son an AMAZON GIFT CARD on top of it. When all Luke needs to be complete forever is a simple apology for having forced a Y chromosome on Luke without his consent.
And he cannot express his feelings about his father without framing them in the plot of a video game.
