Pretty sure there were some allegations that he was using his fan club to groom his underage fans. Vic had to answer some questions about it in his deposition but like many things in this case it really didn't lead anywhere. I think Vic's mom was in charge of the club and most of the people involved were not underage but someone with more knowledge could give you more details.

Mike, who ignores immediately disproven accusations, mounting evidence of conspiracy, constant malicious defamation, and conflicting stories against Vic didn't seem to garner any doubts about Monica deciding she'd do a signing in a card shop. Is he sure Monica signing in Time's Square would make him doubt her? Because I don't think it would.

Also, thinking about it, maybe that thing Lemoine hinted that was 'big and about to drop' in that other article that accidentally exposed his doubt in the TCPA success was actually the Dallas Morning News article. I know something weak dropped around that time, maybe the twins' affidavit, but "The MSM grabbing hold of this (because I used my connections to make it happen)" seems way more like a 'big thing'. Hypthosis: he went and had the article made before the Dbz blog article, and it just took this long to get it slotted in and published.

These knucklefucks just read the bold header, and don't concern themselves with the content. Doesn't matter that what are in the affidavits are just bullshit and inadmissible, it's just the fact that the defense has 30-50 feral pigs ready to unleash on the court

imagine believing when it comes to affidavits they want quantity over quality

affidavits and stories is all these people can cling onto and pray these stories are real.

the first ever incident we are aware of happened with vic and his so called behavior was apparently with michelle which was over 30 years ago keep that in mind

30 FUCKING YEARS. and not a single photo, video or a audio recording has been unearthed of this man doing anything illegal.

Having had to deal with a group doing something similar to an event I'm a part of,

This is how they operate. They have absolutely NOTHING of substance, so all they can do is be loud and echo, so it sounds like it's something.

Vic has done fuck all, that can even be remotely considered illegal. If he didn't stand up to them, the charges would stick in a court of public opinion. But because he refuted the claims, now comes the time for the accusers to back up their claims with facts and evidence.

Shockingly, the "smoking gun" they have on him turned out to be a midget in a box smoking a cigar.

The more it goes on, the more outrageous the claims that come out will be (something I've experienced first-hand) and Vic is going about it the proper way in just doing his own thing and not responding/rising to it.

It also helps (like Dick pointed out) that Nick is basically taking brunt of the hyperbole, and insulating Vic from the cosmic brain that is Vic's opposition. That speeds up Vic's road to recovering his marketability.

Took us well over a year to clear that hurdle, Vic did it in just a month or two
