The incident prior seems to be what Keenan might be filing. In the latter vid, Jess refers to the reporter as "David" and it is raining.

The Keenan video shows Miriam assaulting him, him warning her not to do that again, trying to leave and then having both Jess and Mom block his way.

There was no rain anywhere around the lower mainland the day Keean was there and it's raining today.

So this was probably happened today.

I'll put this out there for any locals.... If you see a generic female lingering around the sidewalk in the middle of a Yaniv/Miriam breakdown filming and generally just reveling in his misfortune, walk over and say hi. Maybe we can strategize over how to get the best angles on the situation. I've even got a cane kicking around the house that is gonna take permanent residence in my car for the next few weeks. Never know when something like that can come in handy.
