This exact argument was brought up in feminist daycare, check it out!Surrogacy was a system implemented for women that could not bear children on their own because of medical reasons, so preventing surrogate mothers to help these women is in fact hurting women.
A quick research would also show that surrogate mothers do these things out of desire to help childless couples. The money reason is more rare and monetary compensation is not even a guaranteed thing throughout. It's just a choice some women make to help the world. The keyword here is choice.
Feminism was first started as a movement to give women more freedom. This is trying to dictate what women should and shouldn't do, and a lot of what these people are saying is just honestly that: trying to dictate the world around. There's a clear difference at play here.
