I am not sure if you can buy one of these online, but you can also build them. basicly you could listen to what Yaniv is saying inside his house by pointing an invisible laser beam at his windows. You could livestream the audio too for lulz and he would not be able to stop it, let alone find it.

We might joke about what an absolute degenerate JY is, but in all seriousness, I can't over-emphasize that this guy is seriously unstable, as demonstrated by his post in here last week. You can get seriously hurt or worse. Please have some sort of self-defense plan in place just in case worse comes to worst and stay very aware of your surroundings whenever you leave your apartment. The last thing you need is to be cornered by an enraged, mentally ill, fully grown man with a habit of carrying weapons, who's made very specific death threats against you.

It's awesome to see that there's some kiwis in here that are willing to help her at a moment's notice if something happens, but come on, let's get real. JY is still a fully grown man and while I'm sure he's not particularly formidable (assuming someone is even around to answer the phone in the first place, or can get there quickly), he can still hurt somebody and as documented, has a habit of carrying weapons around. Also, the police would seriously frown upon calling some random person to help you as opposed to the police. Everyone knows how fucked up self-defense laws are in Canada (or most laws in Canada really). Just hunker down somewhere and call 911 if something happens and JY is absolutely fucked.

@WGkitty get a smoke detector from the store, take out the guts, and stick an ESP32-CAM with a 9 volt battery and regulator in it. It would take 10 minutes and when you are done you would have a video camera with wifi enabled for 20 bucks.

If you stick that thing in the hallway he would never notice it and you would be able to record and dumb shit he inevitably does to you.

That could land @WGkitty with voyeurism charges, even if he isn't using it for inappropriate intent, and besides, most of these complexes have CCTV anyways, so even though it wouldn't capture audio, it would capture things like Yaniv being violent. Besides, if Yaniv was as serious as he's claiming to be, then he should go to Kitty's building and face him face to face, but we all know he's too much a pussy to do that.
