A Message for WGKitty

?
Even that weird looking individual

From what I recall about Protonmail, they don't even ask for a name during the registration process so they have little, if any, information about who creates accounts on their system. I'm also pretty sure there is no way to use their headers to trace who sent it either.
ProtonMail does, at least recently, generally require SMS verification to sign up for an account. This is stored as a cryptographic hash, but that's a bit of a joke given that we're talking about phone numbers, of which there are very few.

On the other hand, the hash values are supposedly not stored against the individual accounts that a user used them to sign up for, so while with ProtonMail cooperation it could be proved that Yaniv signed up for one, or two, or n ProtonMail accounts with his phone, it would be harder to tie him to a specific account.

I think it could be a good idea for someone in the neighborhood to start a poster campaign. I mean, heck, if some madman wanted to sue the ass off my building, I would like to be aware of that.

The best defence Kitty has is their anonymity...Yaniv can’t stalk the whole building.

This reminds me of that Cat Lady game- part where they were trying to find The Eye of Adam, so they used tricks to inspect their neighbors. Except here Kitty is the prey and Yaniv is the evil&exceptional individual.
(Edit: I suck at english)
