He's so self-absorbed (like most troons) that no matter what his dad does to try and make his son happy it doesn't matter until his dad "accepts" his son's warped reality. Probably endlessly, one "you're my daughter" probably wouldn't cut it.

I'm just glad he's never found out how his dad helped fund the development of NIGHT IN THE WOODS in a desperate attempt to save his son.

Holy hell, I thought maybe it was swelling before but those fucking holes surrounding his eyes, his nose is like a fucking mountain jutting out between two super low valleys. The surgery made sure he doesn't look like a man anymore, he looks like a fucking skeleton when you look him in the eyes now.

Reckon it’s a toss-up between more facial work and a boob job. This is excluding surgery necessary to correct complications arising from cheap, hurried and poorly thought out surgeries already undertaken.

Definitely going to fly out for facial revisions before the last surgery has even healed properly.
 
If I were in Luke's position, I'd be struggling badly with depression. It's not easy dealing wish such a blow, especially when you have such a strong mental image of yourself as being one way but having to face yourself in the mirror and seeing the opposite.

I hope Luke can get some help in reorienting his idea of himself in a way that he can learn to accept who he is, what choices he's made, and figure out how to make the best of it. I know it's possible, and I've seen it done.

But I guess the inability to stop digging the hole they're in is part of the complex chemical makeup of cowdom.

Whats the connection between Cow-ism and aspirations to develop a video game that never produces anything of value?
Yandere Dev, Briana Wu, Sargon, hell even CWC all tried their hand at making games.
My guess would be that exceptional people can't understand how difficult a task game dev is and don't have the social skills to put an effective team together, but they also latch onto it since it's the only creative medium that they are connected to.

Gonna go for a tracheal shave - Luke seems to fixate on odd things as the cause of his not passing (probably due to autism) so I imagine it'll be something less obvious than bolt on tits
 
The Twitter thread there says that the Mexican doctor used implants as opposed to filing the jawbone, right? The complete opposite of what his patient wanted? This doctor is trolling for sure.

Doc realized that no amount of surgery is going to make Luke pass as a woman instead of Rocky Dennis, and decided to add a chin implant just to see what happens.

Got this off a US-based FFS clinic website:
Chin implants are typically not used in this type of operation. In fact, it is impossible to feminize a chin with just an implant because any implant will invariably have the effect of actually enlarging the chin — the exact opposite outcome of the goals of feminization. Chin implants also can cause potential problems, such as infection due to rejection, shifting of the implant later, and/or possible damage to the roots of the teeth or nerves that give your lips sensation.
