Community Munchausen's by Internet (Malingerers, Munchies, Spoonies, etc) - Feigning Illnesses for Attention

Yes thank you for the correction. The CHRONIC lyme and "Co infections" (spoiler alert, more bugs) kinda people are a bit off the charts. Normal people who get Lyme, get antibiotics and move on with life are... Well... Normal.

Read a really good article the other day about some science behind why chronic lyme is a fake diagnosis.
Article

I do know someone who still has bells palsy from lyme, even though they had it ten years ago. But they also have a normal life, full time job, and is an athlete, so I guess is more of a physical damage from an acute infection thing.

I am a conspiracy theory fan (they are so entertaining to me) and I watched one where people claimed the government created lyme carried by ticks off the coast of Lyme, RI, and it escaped or was released and I guess is a form of population control. This is the type of lyme folk I especially enjoy. So creative!

Iirc, it comes up in this book which I highly recommend either way.

I truly wish I had the time, passion, and lack of ethics to create a believable conspiracy like this in which I could prescribe woo treatment to rid one of it. People make so much MONEY on the idiots of this world.

Same, the chronic lyme and morgellons community are so interlinked. The main reason I enjoy those skin pickers is the added level of crazy involved. Diseases caused by chemtrails organised by (((them))) for Agenda 21. Don't trust the vaccines. The stock up on guns, grub and gold crowd are great :feels:

Wow, I wasn't aware Agony was a munchie. Tiny PL: I'm on the sperg spectrum and a friend sent me a link to her page a while back, since I enjoy reading about other's experiences with it. Is there a tl;dr anywhere about her?
you're on kiwifarms. you don't need to tell us that you're a fat autistic tranny. we already know. you can be interested in a cow without having to reveal your personal reasons for being interested. this thread is on the constant precipice of turning into r/IF because people can't stop talking about themselves.

Shit, my bad. Thanks for pointing that out, I'll do my best to avoid doing that in the future.

I have a new, prolific munchie I find so funny she’s distracting me from my stable. Been meaning to do a dive on a wonderfully exceptional individual but she’s getting bumped for this new moo.

This cow needs a new farmer stat before she gets a chance to finish a new fundraiser & DFE. I don’t want to post any google-alertable text that’ll give her a chance to get to bush, so DM me if you want her & I’ll pass on name & links to get you started.

She claims to be traveling cross-country for urgent medical care because in spite of having no actual diagnosis, SHE GON DIIIIIIIIEEEE. She has many toys, including a Good Husband & a service dog that miraculously performs every (im)possible alert. Also, very pricey wheelchair, oxygen, other unexplained accessories. She’s been “dropped” from multiple insurances presumably after outspending every premium & dodging bills to buy her own OTC medical toys. Entertainment quotient is high: she posts dramatic prose or ubermunch pictures (including, recently, a heavily color-corrected picture claiming jaundice) regularly. Says she has 20+ seizures a day, multiple undetected bacterial infections, & multiple rare & unnamed autoimmune disorders but that docs are currently focusing nonsurgically on a hiatal hernia so she is on low doses of “Cancer drugs” to “shock her system into performing again.” She makes wildly conflicting claims on her various socials, so diligence will be rewarded.

Any takers?

Oh I know this one and I’ve been shocked she hasn’t come up on Reddit or here. She is absolutely dying yet seems to be able to post to instagram just fine. Maybe her dog is a super service dog and is able to type. Never reveals what she is actually dying from- today on her story states she’s getting chemo to “shock her body” back into shape (?!?! Is that even a THING?!)

I’m quite new to her account and am perpetually confused by her mysterious diseases that she can’t mention for privacy (yet Has a public IG so okkkkkk). She’s dying tho. For sure. Absolutely. Any day now.

Cassie (officialcassiemnolin) claims full body CRPS

It can spread full body! It starts in one specific place and it is possible for it to spread to other limbs and such. I know someone who was diagnosed in her right arm and it stayed local until 4 years later, when she had an injury and it spread to her leg. And within a matter of a few months it had spread full body. About 2 years after that, it spread internally. When it spread to her leg, she became quite highly dependent on a wheelchair and when it kept spreading, almost completely full body, she became completely dependent on the chair.

Bell’s palsy can be caused by a lot of crap, can be temporary or permanent. A guy I went to school with had one for about 6 months after sticking his arm outside of a car for most of a road trip. Most people pick up and carry on.

Can you post with added symbols or spaces inserted into her name so that it won't trigger a google alert? You know like typing m.ilk instead of milk :)

Regarding the Lyme conspiracies: one doesn't need to fall for them when recognizing that there really has been research on weaponizing ticks. There may be more to know about the comorbidities, which may lead to some persons suffering longer or from different symptoms, although they have been treated conventionally with antibiotics. A science writer has uncovered the material and scientists involved in the governmental tick-thing. Just saw this interview with her: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7lbkyGPPcw
