I only started reading this thread about 24 hours ago and wow, what a wild ride. At first I was convinced you were all just crazy and trying too hard to come up with a conspiracy. I was very close to voting for real girl, real wife before I saw the Sinthetics doll. Now I don't know what to think at all. A weird paranoid part of my brain is telling me that something is still not quite right, the way she widens her eyes on the word "liars", the way she seems to nervously look towards Peter as if to ask "am I doing this right?" kind of like she's reading some sort of script.

Anyone detracting the accent and voice comparison, I can't agree. I dated a girl who was from the Philippines for a long while, when we met her accent was pretty pronounced. These days it's actually barely noticeable. There are people who make a very strong effort to mask their accent anyway they can. Some like Ashleigh and my friend succeed, other like Tommy Wiseau fail miserably. All about frame of mind and dedication I suppose.

Yeah, I didn't want to say it because it reads really A-Loggy (is A-Logging still a thing about non-Chris targets?), but some of the stuff that's come up in regards to Ashleigh's relationship with her child is alarming if it's actually real. There's the baby-shaking video, some of her comments about the kid and pregnancy, the general feeling of detachment from the child except as an extension of her selfies... hopefully it's just a weird attempt to be "edgy" or something on the internet, but if we assume everything posted about Ashleigh is genuine, she doesn't seem to be in a good mental place to be a parent to a baby, especially a premature baby who may have lingering health problems. (I feel llike the best-case scenario here would be that the baby wasn't actually born prematurely and Ashleigh either fudged the due date, presumably to disguise the details of the kid's conception from her family or Peter, or straight-up lied to the Internet about having a preemie. This sort of thing seems plausible enough given how totally fake every picture posted about her pregnancy and delivery has been so far.)

I'm just going to be blunt: maybe Ashleigh isn't 'Ashleigh' but rather Ashley, and has an online media presence. Under her actual name. This could be a giant ploy by her beta orbiter. Braceface is real, but 'Ashleigh' isn't. They never acknowledge their relationship, multiple pictures were proven fake, everything.

Just too many things don't line up. Until we get a video of them kissing, acknowledging their wedding, with the baby, I'm not going to believe there's a relationship between the two.

The PI story might actually have some fucking merit. He's renting from a family, who occasionally lets him watch their kid. This is why there's no 'Harrison Coffin' record in the state. It's not his kid.

If she really has body image issues, she might not want it up to long. It was certainly up long enough to do it's "damage" so to speak. Her knowing that it was going online unedited would explain her discomfort too. Not that this isn't all been a stupidly drug out attention grab, especially if they are married.

True, I've had a lower arm IV, it's much more under the thumb, the place it's in on that photo have no good veins for a steady drip. IVs have to bee in bigger, hardier veins or you'll get a blow out.

In my hospital stay last November they took over an hour to place the IV because I have no usable veins. My IV was similarly placed and once they finally managed to place it they wrapped it up in a ton of bandages and told me to guard it with my life, lol. If I'd taken a picture and posted it online people would have undoubtedly cried foul.

I doubt any real clear answers will ever be given. Regarding the discomfort thing I can agree with someone else that if she has BDD or is generally very anxious about people she won't be super comfy on a video posted to the internet. In her shoes the thought makes me sick to my stomach - but in her shoes I'd have told whatever guy was asking me to do it to go fuck himself. Actually that's not true, if something like that had happened with one of my first boyfriends I probably would have caved and felt filthy for it. So I can certainly sympathize, and I hope she gets help. I hope that regardless of whether or not she is who Peter claims she is.
