I found the tweet I was looking for in the archives-- I was mistaken on Rial posting the crying Tsuyu (it was probably Ron), but by the time this was archived Ron(?)'s tweet was rendered unavailable (it might be because it was archived at a time when his account was privated, but a picture with that tweet has to be somewhere, here).

It wouldn't be the first time she's had this kind of "shutdown" moment, though. Remember when word about the subjects of Sony/Funimation's "investigation" came out, and people threw the fact that of the three things that were investigated, one of them involved eating a signed jellybean and making a dad joke, and the rest two were even more innocuous than that? Her tone became a lot less animated and faux-feisty as she defaulted to dryly asserting that there was much worse investigated than the jellybean incident/any of what was at that time said to be investigated (and then we found out those were the only three things investigated and /nick/ was right again).

I don't think this would particularly qualify as the malice they would need to prove (never mind that it hasn't been determined if Vic's any kind of public figure), but the good thing is that they explicitly referenced the account of someone who admitted almost immediately that they have brain damage, and I'm pretty sure there's an archive of hanleia's catalyst tweet that Rial and company liked.

She's not bothering to read the tweet to find out exactly why this person is saying that HanLeia mistakenly thought Vic was Illich and that the brain damaged broad she ate the story up from is describing Illich and his crimes to a T. Instead she dismisses the whole thing, blatantly lies and says it's misinformation without even providing any counter evidence as to why it's misinformation and ignores and blocks everyone who tries to tell her. That's her blatantly disregarding the truth and by definition, that's malice. She's giving Ty ammo to use to prove that like Marchi, she's ignoring the truth and going after Vic based on hearsay alone and that she knows what the actual truth is. She should have just kept her mouth shut since the source was on Funi's TCPA, but tweeting that like the fucking moron she is has now incriminated her on top of speculation, that she KNOWs that story is about her ex pedofriend and is just pretending that she doesn't whilst being a disingenuous cuntwaffle. She's not fooling anyone with that act of hers. She knows that story isn't about Vic, but can't let that cat outta the bag now can she because if it does come out, that means there was malice behind her actions.

With these revelations now coming out, its looking like a strong possibility. Because Im about 99% sure their attorneys had NO knowledge of this and Cassie and Lemonlime are going to be furious.

Im half tempted to say the lawyers might actually feel bad after this. That they got all these people to lie and perpetuate what is literally a false memory by a brain damaged imbecile.

It forgives no one for their actions, however. At the end of the day they still lied, some under oath, to back up a friend who was cashing in on shit they knew to be false, since one of them dated the actual perv and knew the truth. All out of petty jealousy that they simply werent as successful at their job as they guy they were going after.

The metoo people should study this case in schools on what not to do.

I'm assuming that picture was taken before the son lived with MoRonica, but he's got the eyes of a kid who's seen things :cryblood:. The marriage where he said he was an asshole and that's why they divorced was his second marriage before Monica, yes? How in the world did these women put up with him for five years each, then?
