While all of this is true, we also cannot forget the BCHRT is going to make a judgement. He is likely going to get the opportunity to present more evidence I am sure. If he can go in and bring this text reply I am sure he is going to try and make himself appear more sympathetic too.

He just doesn't understand how palpable his insincerity is, and how see through his actions are. He is conniving but he doesn't have enough self awareness to be clever. Obviously I am not a semipublic figure, but even if I did and I felt remorse I would still make sure if i was sincere I would do it privately to the person and then publicly to the public. Making an overt display just obviously is a show to either try to rally support or some other PR aim.

Considering both civil and criminal courts will be looking at "ms" Yaniv there is no doubt that he is doing this to do legal damage control in both courts. Even more so when I am sure even the BCHRT remembers him asking for the nice early christmas present. Courts might not make a point of stopping people from taking the rope, but they do remember people trying to hang themselves with it. I am sure they have someone recording every document and word a person in them say. They have to, for accountability sake after all.

If you want to truly do a good deed, you do that shit quietly and privately. Anytime you crow about your good deed to the world, you're getting something out of it which undermines your sincerity.

But the part where he says he's gonna get his life together with the advice of his "producer" is what smacks of a lawyer's influence to me rather than the apology itself. For real though, if you're a Yaniv wanting to pretend you're gonna get your life together, one would think the first step would be to stop fucking lying.

His gunt is running into the difference between men's and women's cuts. Women's shirts are often cut shorter, because a) women are usually shorter and b) most women have hips . It's easier to end a shirt, especially a tighter one before it has to get stretched over those. Men's shirts are cut longer because their 'figure' is generally straighter, they have longer torsos, and it might be a hold over from when men actually tucked shirttails into pants. He needs a 3x all right. A man's 3x that covers that gunt.

Is it possible he didn't actually drop the dox, he is just trying to use it for his court cases attention, and to make himself look more competent and threatening online than he actually is?

After looking at the reaction to this perhaps I should elaborate. Its not that I think he is above doxxing someone, I was more thinking would he actually put in that effort even with how easy it is? However once it was done by somebody I certainly think he is the type that would take credit for it to get attention. Its not that I think it would be impossible for him to find the info, I more feel like, with how fundamentally lazy he is, would he even care to when doing it anonymously focuses more attention on White and not on him. I see him as being opportunistic and lazy. Without a payday, either via cash or attention I don't imagine he could be motivated to do much of anything.

Of course it is from his Lawyer. He is facing criminal weapons charges. Blaire was the one he brandished the weapon to and at. Following that up with a further threatening bad act is not something that is gonna play well with the real big people judge as opposed to his usual kangaroo court of oppression. The tugboat is a fan theory and tbh one that I don't personally subscribe to. Dude's got money, imo. There are two condos between him and his mother, neither of which have jobs and he owns every tech device in the known world and goes out to eat a lot etc. Never mind the absurd amount spent on ambulances and unnecessary medical bullshit. I think they're living off daddy Yaniv money.

Even if you disagree with my assessment, there's no real evidence or proof he's got a tugboat regardless. You do need a doctor's help to get on disability in Canada so if he's actually receiving disability payments, there would be a good reason. People get denied for disability all the time. It's not as easy to get as say, regular welfare.

They might be generating income another way. We dont know how much they inherited when Yitzhak died. They could have bought a third condo and rented it out. In a condo where presumably you get in-suite laundry and dishwasher and maybe access to a gym, rent can easily be somewhere between 1200 to 1800 monthly. Even higher if downtown Vancouver; 2000 to 3000.

Would hate to be their tenant though.
