His clothes don’t fit because I’m certain he borrows mummy’s old clothes. Why should he spend a tonne on girl clothes when he doesn’t actually want to be a woman? He’s just doing the bare minimum to pretend to be genuine trans. Recycle his mother’s clothing and dump box bleach on his hair, who cares. It’s all for show.

Or gets them from a charity shop. When it comes to money it's the only part of him that's tight. I can't exactly see mama Yaniv in ultra pink clothing.

Agreed, the thousand pound dress or whatever that he wore for his pageant pics was the ugliest, most ill-fitting secondhand gown. He must’ve picked it up for cheap because I can’t see anyone charging what he claimed he paid for it.

I hope the medical record leak is true and that it gets posted because it would be hilarious seeing J & M's reaction. I doubt it though. That guy looks and sounds like a living breathing fedora.
I suspect this was done under the direction of his lawyer. He's in full damage control mode now, building a paper trail of contrition and remorse to present to the judge when it comes time for sentencing (whether for weapons charges, assault, threats, CP, or something else). I expect he'll be starting therapy soon, to demonstrate his willingness to change.

If Miriam has the money maybe he'll go into rehab, although I doubt our boy Johnny would last more than a few days in a residential setting and getting kicked out of rehab would look pretty bad to a judge. So probably not.

Trouble is Cluster B's are notoriously difficult to treat. I seriously doubt Jon-Jon is capable of keeping his shit together long enough to see him through a future arrest, conviction, and sentencing. Plus there's the issue of his mother, who is obviously NOT a stabilizing influence on him. Plus the fact that Rebel Media is going to continue trolling the shit out of him for the foreseeable future.

I bet he manages to keep it together for a couple of weeks, then has a spectacular meltdown. Langley BC will be enveloped in a mushroom cloud of nuclear level Yanivery.

They were referring to my comment I believe from earlier in the thread and building on that. I said specifically in Canada that everything is logged when you pull records and that doctors would lose their license easy. I just didn't give the names of any specific laws in my comment. It was more vague.

Each province has jurisdiction over healthcare and laws - and BC has multiple regional administrative bodies. In BC, at least, there is not one cohesive clinical records system in BC. Each doctor has their own records - and some of them are still paper! Labwork does go into a form of a central database, but only because the labs available, and a few select health authorities, have contracted with a company to provide that service. I still have to sign paperwork granting express permission to have results/records shared between doctors/specialists/labs/hospitals/etc. While my GP has means to electronically access my lab results, he still snags a PDF to add to his filing system and prints a hardcopy.

In BC, we have our own laws that augment PIPEDA. Of note, there really is only guaranteed protection for one "health data bank" named in our legislation, and that's the e-health results I was speaking of.

You're welcome to dig here for more info: http://www.healthinfoprivacybc.ca/the-laws/laws-that-apply-to-the-public-health-system

That's probably the most obvious video of him committing assault,

All they had to do was just do a U-Turn, move towards the nearest block of units, keep their heads down saying, "No comment, no comment," and hole up in their unit until the reporters got bored and wandered off. Instead they actively chased the reporter around and assaulted him. Repeatedly. While the reporter had a camera and filmed everything. Don't get me wrong, the reporter's approach was sheer tabloid provocativeness, but the Yaniv response was so fucking dumb, so fucking ridiculous and over the top. For a vexatious litigant not to realise just how bad he's going to look on camera if he beats up the person who's filming, takes a special kind of stupidity,

Knowing Jonathan, that will only last as long as his media silence.

The medical record thing seems like a really lame a-log attempt.
It definitely seems like a lame attempt at a-logging, wienery, or touching the 💩.

Initially, I was going to say this person should either drop the deets or STFU.

Knowing that the person and his source would have to have violated medical privacy law to get these alleged documents, however, makes me instead wonder if we have a new lolcow on our hands.

Also, I'm not sure what else this leak would add that we don't already know -- nothing that would be worth the risk of jail time for either party or the loss of a career and professional reputation for whomever logged into to access those records. Stateside, a number of nurses and low-level health care professionals have been fired and/or severely disciplined for accessing records they shouldn't have (for example, a local celebrity staying in their hospital but in a different wing than they work in). I'd bet the same could happen in Canada depending on how their laws are structured.

While all of this is true, we also cannot forget the BCHRT is going to make a judgement. He is likely going to get the opportunity to present more evidence I am sure. If he can go in and bring this text reply I am sure he is going to try and make himself appear more sympathetic too.

He just doesn't understand how palpable his insincerity is, and how see through his actions are. He is conniving but he doesn't have enough self awareness to be clever. All of this shows how deeply ingrained his attention seeking is though. He cannot stop, not for a moment. I don't know about everyone else but when I want to apologize I always make it privately. Obviously I am not a semipublic figure, but even if I did and I felt remorse I would still make sure if i was sincere I would do it privately to the person and then publicly to the public. Making an overt display just obviously is a show to either try to rally support or some other PR aim.

Considering both civil and criminal courts will be looking at "ms" Yaniv there is no doubt that he is doing this to do legal damage control in both courts. Even more so when I am sure even the BCHRT remembers him asking for the nice early christmas present. Courts might not make a point of stopping people from taking the rope, but they do remember people trying to hang themselves with it. I am sure they have someone recording every document and word a person in them say. They have to, for accountability sake after all.
