Last sportball game I played was NBA Jam so I know fuck all about Madden; does it have a difficulty setting between Pro and Rookie? Reason I ask is that Phil is a champion of the mediocre, picking Normal difficulty in nearly everything he plays, or at least he used to.

There are four difficulties, Rookie, Pro, All-Pro and All-Madden. "Normal" would be closer to All-Pro than Pro. Rookie should be the difficulty Superblindman plays at.

This fat fuck literally just said "Cheers are really high today (ed. note: that's close to $300 in cheers today, btw), but tips are really low, so hopefully someone tips me today."

HOLY JESUS FUCK WHO LOOKS AT $300 AND GOES "MEH, NOT GOOD ENOUGH."
A narcissist spoiled rotten by his parents and never had to try for a day in his life.

He's desperate for that instant dopamine rush of being able to see money go into his paypal account as opposed to waiting for Twitch to give him what he's "owed".

I knew it was justified to be iffy about KevybearJr. This dude is such a tool, and probably leading the mob-mentality that throwing pennies at Phil to troll him is hilarious and worth it.
Pretty sure kevybear got banned, so you shouldn't be seeing him any more.
Yes he was, but not before giving Phil $23.10 in cheered bits. Genius at work.

Holy shit, someone just tipped him 10 bucks, and he legit sounded angry because people haven't been tipping him today (and instead have given him around $300 in bits, as mentioned earlier).
After that, he picked out a random chat message from someone asking if he has a Paypal account to accept donations, and proceeded to show that person how to tip him.

That’s the thing though... I don’t think I, or many other people, would get so annoyed at Phil playing on Rookie if he didn’t act like he was an “American” football expert, and act like it was his skill at playing the game that made them win. I seriously have my doubts that he presses the button to throw it to open receivers half the time. If you don’t press a button after you hike it, the game will automatically throw it to the receiver most likely to catch the ball. You can tell when Phil is actually controlling the quarterback, because he always holds it for waaay too long and drops back way too far.

I loved how he started his game play of Madden last night explaining how the bye week works in the playoffs and what the pro bowl is trying to sound like an expert. Then he proceeds to hold the ball for 5+ seconds and get sacked then bitch about how bad his blocking is. Towards the end of the game he throws to a guy on the sideline who is covered and unlikely to even come down with it in bounds and it gets intercepted and he proceeds to lose it about how the game gave him the wrong input. I thought he was going to quit right there and boot up something else I'm surprised he kept going.

His Madden game play is far worse then his MLB and that's saying something.

Arguably the worst name for an emote I've EVER seen.
Boomer Burnell has to make sure that people are aware that this is a DSP emote. Well, no shit gramps - you own the dsp-prefix on Twitch after all.
On top of that, it's named "Pepefixed". Why even include the fixed here? Popsicolo probably sent him an email with a png of the emote attached to it, and he copy-pasted everything when he uploaded it. Talk about Ultimate laziness.

I can't wait for him to randomly own up to the Shawn Michaels-meme and come up with a "dspShawnMichaelsDsp"-emote out of nowhere.
Tevin confirmed in a stream that Phil didn't know how to rename PNG files.

What an ungrateful asshole. Especially since Twitch changed their payment schedule anyway, so he'll receive those cheers in about three weeks.

I can't think of a better example that DSP only cares about instant gratification. People were speculating 10 pages ago that DSP could have some sort of secret retirement fund; motherfucker can't even wait 3 weeks to get his bit/sub money.

I'm probably nitpicking and/or you were commenting just in general, but he fell short of the Super Bowl during last night's Madden playthrough, losing in the conference championships.

On his last possession he had a chance to win, being only down four. On the opponents' 39, 2nd and 4, he dropped back to pass and saw this:

X looked to have good separation, but Phil opted to the sidelines for triangle.

Defender stepped into the ball's path for the pick.

Phil: "So you want to know the truth. That's complete horseshit. 'Cuz I pressed lob. So he would toss it over the defender to my receiver and he just tossed it right to the defender. Yeah. I tossed lob. I tapped it. Very lightly. So what that's supposed to do is he tosses it high, so it would go over the defender to the receiver who was behind him. He just threw it to the receiver like I didn't even tap the button. So now we're done. There's no way we can get the ball back and score. We're not... there's no Super Bowl after all of that. After all that there's no Super Bowl because the fucking game's a piece of shit."

Except:

The game did read his input as a lob. The slow toss gave the defender plenty of time to make the play.

EDIT: I didn't see earlier. basically what shekelshoah666 said.

Is that the one where when you get like 4 shots in a row the announcer says "YOURE ON FIRE" and the ball is covered in flames?
