Regardless, Phil wants his piggies to compensate for the fact that he can't budget. Instead of setting cash aside he's just going to beg and whine super hard and expect to make two weeks' "wages" in a week.

This guy. Every time I think he's hit bottom he pulls out a shovel or a pickaxe or an industrial drill and continues his great mission: to be the lowest form of life on the planet while still retaining a spine and a nervous system.

DSP picked up playing classic Street Fighter around Evo. I have a theory that he is going to fake rage at SFV during his boring ass Beg-a-thon then he will switch it out for Super Turbo and he will say it is because he knows how to play it better with more characters. I expect it at tits point.

In what appears to be the first police anti-swatting initiative, the Seattle Police Department has introduced a system to protect members of the "tech industry, video game industry, and/or the online broadcasting community" from swatting attempts. The system, called "Rave Facility", allows streamers to register themselves on a police database if they consider themselves a potential target for swatting. If an emergency call is made to their address, the call taker will share this information with the responding officers. The Seattle Police Department states "nothing about this solution is designed to minimise or slow emergency services," and in theory, it should reduce the likelihood of innocent streamers being shot. America, huh.

How long until Phil hears about this and decides he helped pioneer streaming safety measures with the SPD by being almost killed by swatting and forewarning them as soon as his paranoid ass touched down in Washington? He was the guineapigroach all along and he's making twitch safe again.

Well, someone just gifted him a 3-month Xbox Games Pass, so he'll at least be playing two of those - The Blair Witch Project and Gears 5 - for zero dollars. Thanks for the money, dummies!

I think it's a 4K Dell that she shipped over with her computer but I may be wrong. I know I've heard Phil say it was 4K though. Probably what prompted him to beg for a 4K TV soon after.

No, he's just a dipshit that fat-fingers his keyboard. Early on in the stream, he changed the tips total from $2 to $4 after a $1 tip and didn't notice for a while. He didn't bother to change it under he got his next tip.

i think its about disputing charge backs, wings probably didnt bother getting in contact with paypal to let them know that there are people fucking with him, so people just come up with stuff like "didn't send vacuum repair parts" in the chargeback reason and it gets cleared

meanwhile dave probably did talk with paypal to let them know people are messing with him

there were some succesful chargebacks, but those were usually well detailed with proof (like giving dave $5 and he calls you an idiot on stream, those sort of chargebacks are always won)

Would make sense because Phil is checking his hotmail a lot during streams. Always goes to check paypal with big tips and such. Also wouldn't be surprised he takes those "five" minute piss breaks after prestream to make sure shit is coming through and disputing claims; Or those 30 minute do-fuck-all breaks.

Sad thought though if he is doing that even for the dollar tip ones, that's if it is true.

I mean, you’re taking darks word with a lot of faith and making a lot of assumptions on who did and didn’t talk to PayPal. He’s claimed before that he’s never had a successful charge back even though we know it’s a lie, I just assume this myth of him always winning disputes is some Pignosis he came up with to try and stop people from even attempting it

I don’t know what you’re talking about. Phillip is the pinnacle of health and conditioning. He works his ass off nearly everyday for hours on in. When he’s not working he still gets plenty of exercise to keep himself in top shape. His diet is fine tuned to keep him at top performance. Considering professional sports athletes have an off season, I would wager Phillip could take any of them on with ease. He did say he could play any game at a professional level if he chose to. Y’all are just hating the player when you should be hating the game, you nudniks.

When he’s not working he still gets plenty of exercise to keep himself in top shape. His diet is fine tuned to keep him at top performance.
