Usually the attorney has an aide black out such info before any filing. So he either pissed off his attorney and he did limited work to get the case over with or his attorney is straight up incompetent.

All the other forms have the social security under XXX-XX-1234, this one has everyone's including his son's full social security number unredacted.

My viewpoint.

It's only become common to the point of near universality recently. In federal court, you have to click through an agreement to redact such information before you can use ECF to file papers, as it's fairly common for them to show up in bankruptcy cases. I believe in California, among other states, you're not supposed to spread them around.

I don't believe there is a federal law specifically addressing the issue, and am not sure whether Texas does, although I'm not aware of one. I guess some days it just sucks to be a wife beating judge threatening dog murdering psycho like Ronald Joseph Toye III.
