I said months ago that Ron seems like an emotionally manipulative shithead and possible psychopath, I just didn't know he was as bad as this. I wonder how many ranty/threatening messages and text Monica has gotten over years. At least we know why she wont marry him, he probably blow up at her once a month and then does the "baby I'm sorry I'll do better" act and she wants to keep her escape route open.

I've not read through the other threads yet but I'm sure Shane and the other twitter twats have some hot takes for us now.

I know the sub made it ambiguous but I haven't really gotten to the Dub portion where the flashbacks occurs did they really do that? I mean they made a dual little boy/girl voice for yubel in the Dub and then throw it away in favor of yubel being a guy turned demon chick?

Also understandable why they would make that change in the Dub. They also pulled the old lover-friend change up with Yubel's character as well. You know, where one teen is in love with the other teen in the Japanese version but they decided to change it to best friend in the dub because heaven forbid teens actually have non overly exaggerated hormones in an anime dub.
 
Hearing that Marchi was liking tweets excusing Soye's abuse during the stream: my God, how exceptional! This was a golden opportunity for everyone, save one, to get out of the lawsuit for cheap with honor intact, and she can't wait to fuck it up.

Marchi, you need to shut up, disengage from social media, and see what Monica does. I mean, you should have shut up long ago, but right now it's REALLY important that you don't scare away the hope fairy.

It's worse than that. They literally don't care that he's a piece of shit. They just don't want to give the other side a win, no matter how minor.

Monica could literally flee her house tomorrow with a broken arm and black eye, getting an emergency restraining order against Ron. Their side -- including Monica -- would explain to us that it's Vic's fault because of Nick's stream.

This is a fun clip. Monica, Jason Douglas, Schemmel, and Ian Sinclair all singing Soye's praises. Ian even mentions that Soye is one of his best friends, which is interesting since he got one of Vic's roles after he was dropped. Thunk provoking.

If Monica and Marchi refuse to back out now for cheap, cleaning their hands completely of this, it's for one of two reasons: they're that scared (of Ron or Sabat), or they're so dedicated to destroying him, they'd rather go down in their sinking ship in the hope of dragging him with them, than let him go and try something else another day.

What a beautiful thing to wake up to.

As much as I dislike Monica I do hope that she gets out of her relationship with him, even if nothing has happened yet his past behavior raises so many red flags and he is sure to be a repeat offender. I'm rather curious to see if Monica will try to use this as a means to try and get out of the case. Also wonder if she would have been aware of Ron's past marriage and how he acted or if this might also be a surprise to her as well, I doubt it would be something he would bring up himself.
