I would slow the roll with the idea Monica is some battered house wife being coerced into all of this. It's possible, but everything up to this point hasn't indicated she has been forced to do any of the things she has done.

Thanks for the insults. I'll leave my last post on this site with this. There is no reason for KV or anyone to believe that his ex wife was the abuser for many reasons.

1. Custody. If she was a psycho there is no reason she would have both her kids still.
2. She has less of a background than ron does.
3. She is a tiny, beautiful woman and looks like she couldn't hurt a fly. Let alone black an eye unless she pounded her fist into his face like 100 times.
4. Courts upheld the restraining order, meaning they found there to be good reason for it to be in place.
5. Audio proof that was played in court is floating around somewhere out there. Rumor is the "fucking fucking fuck" voice mail was played and also the "chopping up the dogs", was also played.
6. He threatened the judge and his children.

Anyone who believes his story must have brain damage. But Greg, Shane and company obviously have some mental issues going on.

I struggle to find ron's allegations that she was so abusive to be true. She has a long standing marriage since then. Her "person finder", score is cleaner than rons. If she was such an abusive manic to push him to the point of chopping up dogs wouldn't she have several divorces under her belt? I'm not releasing any of that info as this is about ron, not her. But he's making it about her accusing her of being the aggresor and him being the "victim".

In court mandated DV classes, wife beaters all sit around saying the same shit about how they are victims of their wives, they were forced to use violence, and now being punished even more by being in abuser class, boo hoo. A lot of class time is spent telling them to stop badmouthing their wives and focus on their own behavior instead. I find it really hard to understand how she could have abused him into threatening the family dog, that's not worth entertaining as a theory imo. He sounds like every wife beater ever. None of them seem to say "that simply isn't true" about allegations and leave it at that, they want to be seen as the wronged party.

With more intelligent abusers, it can be harder to tell who is being truthful with mutual accusations of domestic abuse. It is possible, though not super likely, for an abusive person to move on and have a long term marriage (with abuse still in it to some extent). The biggest clues about who is the real abuser in situations where they both accuse each other come from which person has control over the family's finances, and which person has social support. Victims put up with their situation in part because they are boxed in by social isolation and finances. It can get tricky if the victim is expected to pay the bills on time as part of their duties, or if the abuser insists on not being employed, but you can get a good clue from what kinds of things the money gets spent on. Victim necessities are always a lower priority than abuser luxuries.

It does. But it doesn’t mean we should be creepily stalking this woman due to the psychotic actions of her ex husband. As someone said she has elected to not play stupid games. With that said, I do hope that someone who knows her in real life has noticed the shitstorm centered on her ex, and shown her his depo. At least his Sheepdog bit. Because some things do deserve to be seen and heard. And the sight of her ex becoming infantilized in deposition would probably bring her some degree of catharsis. But not from a stranger on the internet. If this poor woman has anything of value to offer I’m sure she will contact BHBH, or they her. But we should stay out of it.

The constant backtracking from Greg and Co. is a think of beauty. First time actually posting on the farms pertaining to the case, but man this has been a wild ride. I just hope people don't give Monica an immediate pass until we know for sure just how complicit she actually is in this situation. Just because she's being forced to go further than she may have wanted by the likes or Ron, that doesn't mean she didn't want to ruin Vic's career. Time will tell.
